Gender Equality And Olori Wuraola As Case Study According To Laila St Matthew Daniel

According to Laila St Matthew-Daniel on Facebook, she had kept quiet all these while cos she was observing the drama and now she has linked the whole brouhaha pertaining the new Olori's alleged past to the gender equality bill....LOL.

''Am here! 😎😎😎 Mo tun ti de O! 😂
I haven't really commented because was enjoying the whole saga of making other people's lives our business!

Story of two 'happening' couple - who enjoyed life 'thoroughly' before taking on the role of Oni and Olori!! Coffee au Lait, Salt and Pepper good looking  couple!

So what is the issue here please?

So she had a past - SO WHAT????  SO FRIGGING WHAT??

Did he also not have a past??? A grown daughter, and a First wife albeit estranged? A man who knew how to 'enjoy' life and which path led to a meeting point and a clinching of the many named now Olori Wuraola!

BUT you know what I noticed? Most of those slamming and bitching Olori are WOMEN!!! Yes...WOMEN! And I say SHAME ON YOU!

We wonder why men can openly say 'NAY' on the 13th of March, 2016, to passing the Gender Equality Bill into Law - when women themselves do not support one another! Always ready to tear another woman down and most time the trigger is ENVY! Yep - you heard me..ENVY!

Get a life all those making the Oni's new 'tomato peperempe, sugar sugar, honey, honey' Olori a topic! Get a life! Whilst you are busy 'BITCHING' she is busy getting used to being waited on hand and foot - even toes pa pa! Ileke idi Oni - sha ma roll! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😲😜😜😜

Enjoy your position ojare,  Olori  - Na you catch the biggest trophy biko! A trophy some people wanted or missed and want to play mischief - the goal has entered the net! GAME OVER (for now 🙊🙊🙊)

Anyway make sure you 'tale bearers' join us to Protest the Gender Equality knock out by the Senate - on Wednesday 23rd March, take off at 8am sharp from LTV compound -   wear BLACK, bring a cardboard and marker and your water!

Let us at least speak in ONE VOICE on something positive that will affect our women and GIRLCHILD, and those unborn!''

  6. Mrs laila you sort of worsened olori's case by using style to further Blab and stamp the previous haters comments.

Keeping quiet would have been better. What if some elders in that royalty line now read this which they may not have heard before? Then it's worse because she just didn't marry an average man on the street.

She has raised four beautiful, intelligent and very responsible professional women. What has said about the olori that warrants you calling her names. She is a mentor to many young people and I think she deserves our especially women, respect.

    It can never happen.

Not with their wicked hearts, filled with envy and evil plans. Nah! It cannot happen.
I don't understand why Nigerian women/girls are just so envious. I don't understand why they can't be happy for their fellow women, I don't understand why they think bringing another woman down will justify their sad lives.

    I can't deal.

Forget that gender equality bill, because it's a woman that will go behind closed door to make sure it doesn't work.

Thank you,you spoke my mind,my question is because we should support our fellow women whatever wrong they do should be condoned too?crass rubbish,i would never partake in that, infact if that's how to support a woman then am not supporting, the right thing must be done for God's sake,i will never close my eyes to an obvious wrong, never.
I hate to hear that word women are our worst enemy, its not true to me,they always wants us to support their bad things and I will not support.
Let me say this, when I was in secondary school I had this very brilliant friend,we eat together and do virtually everything together she was also my seat mate, when it gets to exam she would cover her work, lol and when you ask her she would never reply you, infact she was a deaf and dumb in exam hall, when I complained and she never changed,i started reading for exams myself and subsequently I was having good grades, till I finished my university I didnt depend on anybody to pass my exams. Anytime I think about my school past I am always grateful to her because she imbibed the spirit of reading in me BUT the people of this time would have said oh she is wicked, she can't even support her fellow woman. Nonsense! You can't snatch someone else's husband and I will clap for you,e nor go work, you can't commit murder and i support you(depends on the circumstance though),asin, in nutshell you cant do something bad and expect an applaud all in the name of women should support women,NO!!!

    2. Am wondering? Did she become equal with the Ooni by marrying him? Does she have a say in the meetings he's attending? Can she address the counsel of Chiefs in his absence? And lastly is there any proof that more wives won't follow soon.
Got loads of respect for madam Laila and honestly will not expect her to clap at a man who obviously dumped his lawfully wedded wife because "she cannot bear him children especially a son" and marries another woman "because the oracle chose her (no love, no compatibility) more abominable a woman who was married to another man as at Dec 2015!
Am not one to judge but Madam Laila with all due respect is a role model to a lot of women in the society as the Ooni (whom I also hold in very high regards) is a formidable force and by virtue of office has also become a "Demi god" holding the highest traditional sit in the Yorubaland if not in Nigeria, these people need to live by example....
Women aren't just baby making machines, actually he's a bad example for any gender equality crap! We cannot been "used" by struggling men and thrown out for a younger version when they achieve their live long dream. We cannot be disrespected in our homes by 3rd parties and dumped because we didn't produce children.
Technology has given too many solutions to these issues which our African men (some) have refused to embrace.
So madam Laila, please choose better role models to associate with the Gender equality bill, grabbing a "big man" by all means as a career or a ladder to attain wealth and recognition can never be applicable.

Is that the same equality you pray for your daughters? It's alarming that we're celebrating waywardness and lazyness. Without a husband this woman doesn't have an identity of her own. Off course mrs st Mathew Daniel would support Wuraola, why am I even calling her mrs St Mathew Daniel. Late Dr st Mathew Daniel divorced this lady since and got married, even had a son with Mrs Folake St Mathew Daniels before he died sometime in d 90s. They use to stay in Apapa.
This woman has 3/4 daughters by 3 different men. With Funke Kuti being her 1st born.
Infact her second to last born was bearing Agadiono ( don't know if d spelling is correct) den she later changed d girls surname to St Mathew Daniel when she married the man.
Madam the reason you wld support Wura is bcos you are same, uv changed husbands multiple times.
What is wrong is wrong. We are women, we shldnt be jumping on one dick after d other. And an Olori for that matter shld be smone of Noble birth and Noble in her ways. Not someone if Oni takes her to a function, she has fucked men of all tribes, even oyinbo.

  26. Men and women cannot be equal; we are DIFFERENT. One is not superior to the other, we only have different roles to play. I believe women are evolving and eventually we will get to the pinnacle by sheer dint of hardwork and with God's support.
As for Olori's matter, accepted we all have a past and as human beings most things done then were due to inexperience or lack of knowledge. With the advancement of age, things will become clearer to most of us. There is no need to waste time deliberating on things we've already done. We learn from our mistakes and move on. However for the sake of coming generations, some actions must be condemned or else we pass across a wrong message. We cannot punish the Olori for her alleged indiscretions but we must strongly condemn such lest we give d impression that it is okay to engage in such and there is even a reward. Pls to keep the soceity sane, we must learn to say the truth. Our mothers were good hardworking and morally upright women. They considered their names to be worth more than gold. Collectively, we should watch it as our children will read all these in future and currently they are listening and watching us.

Why not congratulate her and move on with our lives. Why do we derive so much joy in things like this? i wonder!!! A lot of people doing this would claim they are Christians, which makes me wonder at the type of Christians we have today. Remember the adulterous woman and the Pharisees. 39. I went back to the picture above and something stroke me, is the olori not allowed to touch the Ooni in public or why she holding her hands together like she's trying to hold herself back or forbidden? I like the picture though it's kind of romantic the way the Ooni was tilting his head towards her not minding the obvious negativity in the minds of half the occupants of the same room.

  42. All I see is someone seeking cheap attention and probably wanting to be noticed to the extent of been picked as a friend. Babes stop trying real hard; e no go work.

She that is talking has jealousy in her... can she boast of not envying or talking down on any woman before? Moreover, I don't see how her both illustrations tally. Those men turned it down because they want to keep riding on women + they see we women to be weak and their sex slaves.

Abeg make una leave matter for Mathias. There are more serious problems to deal with in this country.

  43. Prince Charles of England dated Princess Camila Parker Bowles while he was still married. They both got divorced from their spouses and married each other and found happiness together. They both had children from their previous relationships. Prince Charles is the potential King and head of the Church of England. People call Camilla all sorts of names because of Diana, she was called home wrecker etc. Prince Charles didn't listen to them, he was resolute in support of his object of love, Camilla. He supported her through it all and made sure she was accepted by the Royal family. She was an ordinary citizen, not a royal.
Now, this is exactly similar to Ooni Adeyeye and Olori Wuraola situation, so there is nothing new under the Sun. king David took the wife of Uriel and made her Queen, yet he was a man after Gods own heart.
Ooni has made his choice, he is not a stupid man, he must know why he settled for Olori Wuraola despite all the scandalous and jealous story peddled about her. My view is that, the deed is done, they look graceful together, she is beautiful and elegant, she fits the throne and her man. We pray that she bears children for the king. Let them be please.
