      Bvs pls help me I think my husband has picked up an infection from God knows where because he will never admit to having stepped out, I am team snoop and most times i find calls that came into his phone at odd hours during times when he is away from home but when he is home he is open with his password and everything so Its either they know he is married or its flings. One time I found a number on his log he forgot to wipe because he does selective wiping which raised my suspicion, i used true caller to check the name and it belonged to one tacky looking chick but he saved the name differently from what truecaller popped up. Two days later that number only had been wiped from his call log, others still untouched.
      My problem is for about 3 months now I noticed that whenever we have unprotected sex(we have one child and condom is our mode of family planning for now) next mrng I have a patch on the tip of my tongue like a burn or something. I became attentive and noticed it and the appearance always coincides with whenever we have sex without protection. It dissapears after two days on its own.
      I have been suspicious of his moves in the past because when my baby was six months old he suddenly became distant and always hanging on his phone and chatting and I snooped and called back one number on his log and a chick answered, he claimed she was his friends galfriend but she was calling at odd hours and that didnt sound right. I complained he peddaled down and then everything returned to normal. But through it alL he is always loving and attentive and would never agree to cheating. Which I dont believe because of the instincts I have atimes.
      Please has anyone ever gone through something like this before, how did you treat it? Bvs should I confront him or not becuase I am just confused. I went for a swap test and results said I am clean but the tongue patch keeps coming after sex with him. Please help me o

      That was how i snooped on my hubby and found him chatting to several girls. One was actually telling him how she misses him so much she wanted to tear apart.lmao. He claimed it just harmless flirting and the girl was the one toasting him, disturbing him. I gave him the riot act. It's been 4 months now, i don't think he has recovered...it cost him thousands of dollars. He has locked him phone now...waiting for another opportunity to snoop.       I keep hearing this "all men cheat" thing esp. on this blog. I do not believe this but constantly hearing it made me to start believing.

      I carried this mentality in to my marriage and it kind of messed me up because my hubby has never shown this side but of course the people singing this messed up my mind and I started having trust issues.

      One day my hubby called me and asked "are you cheating on me", I said "never, why would I". He then told me I was always doubting him being faithful and people who behave like that are the ones with skeletons in their closet. That was the day I stopped believing the lie that all men.. because I was beginning to have serious trust issues.

      I don't cheat and the reason I will never cheat on my wife of over 10years is not just because of love or respect for her but because I fear God in that regard. I have built a mindset that sees infidelity as a spiritual stain that I should rather avoid.

      I know many friends who will rather die than cheat on their wives just out of a God-minded consciousness. People who are trying their best to follow Godly principles. So where does all these fake statistics come from?

      I realized early enough in life that sleeping with multiple women creates a dissatisfaction in a man's sex life with his wife. You must always compare and want more. For me, I have enough to worry about and would not want to add hiding password, looking for the next kpekus, secret phone calls, double life, scattered finances, bastards etc.

      A man's life is simpler without cheating as long as you and your wife are trying to satisfy each other in the bedroom.

      Please some men still believe that God says we should enjoy sex with our wives only.

      Not all men cheat. I think it has to do with the man involved and the environment he finds himself. I'll give an instance with my husband (he does not cheat), he grew up in the US and has not really lived in nigeria most of his life, in summary he has a different approach to life. My husband is highly God fearing and does not look at other women, the urge does not even arise talkless of him attempting. He even says it all the time, that were he works, no one looks better than his wife, so what else is he looking for? The reason why Nigerian men who grew up and live in nigeria are mostly cheats is because everything around them symbolizes the fact that they are entitled to cheat. They have friends that cheat and that advice them to do same, my husband does not even have friends talkless of having bad friends (another good thing about him) and secondly most women in nigeria are money hungry and don't respect boundaries. So yea it really depends on the environment and situation one finds themselves. One of the reasons why I left all the suitors that were asking for my hand in marriage in nigeria and married my husband, he's a different kind of man. Peace of mind should be number one priority for every woman out there.

    I believe love matters a lot but a man first has to convince himself that nothing will make him cheat for him not to cheat. I am a guy and started dating late at 25years of age and I kinda got carried away because I always had at least 5ladies as gfs and lovers at any given point in time and I used to kiss and tell. When I met my wife during NYSC in zamfara I knew she was the one and though another girl was after me seriously. I knuckled down and became faithful, as a matter of fact, since I met her till date I don't even spare other women a second glance. We have been together almost 4years...married for about 3years out of those and expecting our second kid and I can still say I have never cheated on her. I love my wife to the moon and back

    She's right. As a young man i know there is a lot of temptation. But a man who has no respect for his wife won't bother to be discreet.

    Look at it this way; a man who loves or at least respects his wife will make sure he doesn't embarrass her by his actions. He knows her finding out would shame her even though the shame should really be on the guy so he'll take extra steps to make sure that doesn't happen. What you don't know wont kill you.

    I cannot attest to my boyfriends and their whereabouts when I am not there but I can boldly say my father has never cheated.

    That's why one has to pray for a man who TRULY fears God. A man who fears God will NOT cheat. Joseph during the Portiphar's wife encounter did not say "why will I do this against my master?" He said why will he do this and sin against God. God and his fear is all a man needs to be faithful.

    That being said, le boo is not cheating (the way he fears God scares me sometimes sef)

      The fear of God is the strongest antidote to the cheating nature in a man. Other deterrent may be poverty, illness or lack of opportunity or 'courage?'

      Upbringing too helps. My father was not a cheat and he tore our eardrums with sermons against womanizing.

      Its an insult to say ALL MEN CHEAT. I feel somehow when some ladies say that rubbish because the idea of cheating is actually repulsive to some men.

    Amber is right,men are polygamous by nature,they are moved by what they see and love has nothing to do with lustful desires of men,women often confuse the two.A man can love you and still cheat on you all day everyday,but he will try to be discreet about his escapades and respect you as much as possible.The reasoning being that as long as he comes home to you,then thats all that matters.I am a married man and it's time women become educated about these facts,I also notice married women are catching up on this cheating norm lately.two can now play the game

      Well Mr married man stop justifying rubbish with polygamy,do you know how much it hurts to know your partner cheats? The only way I have learnt to ease the hurt is when I cheat back and I do not feel bad at all because I know he is likely doing the same thing and in his mind, I am his quiet little angel who is always in church... haha.

      Truth of the matter is that even the few who don't cheat can sometimes unknowingly fall in an unguarded moment and they will feel bad about it. Your friend may have capitulated under serious sexual tension.

      Not cheating means you have to constantly guard your senses against the many internal and external stimuli that would make the average man fall. It is natural to cheat. Faithfulness is supernatural. It is a resolve born out of sound principles and a fear of God.

      Miss ESS is right. We are talking about real fear of God frim the heart, not the one you just preach about to sound godly - The Joseph versus Portiphar's wife kind of fear of God.

      Fear of God means you just respect Him enough in that regard and decide not to indulge your cravings.

      As for me, Its only the fear of God that can stop from cheating on my wife, not just love or respect for. And if a man TRULY fears God, his actions will tend to portray him as a loving husband most times.

    Every man does at a point in their life, I have known my husby for 7years, married for 5year, initially, I snoop a lot but I always find nothing, so I stopped, let's say in 6 year out of the 7 I have not snooped just yesterday, I went to my inlaws birthday with the kids, got home at about 8:30 thinking that husby would be home but he wasn't. Got the kids ready for bed and started waiting, I didn't want to call blc properly he went to watch soccer with his friend so waited till like 11:30pm before I called, his background was not like where guys are watching soccer and he quickly said am coming and hanged up. I snooped when he came, Saw messages and even pictures, surprisingly I just smiled and went to wake him up with sex, since that's what he went out for. After the 1st round, rested a bit and I started again, he quitely asked, "you still want to go" I said yes and we went again. After that I only went to the kitchen got us water and headed back for round three, on getting to the room, I saw him with his phone, pretended I didn't notice, gave him water and started touching. He then asked" babe did you touch my phone" I was like, ha can't I touch your phone Again, continued touching, he just sat up and said I know you know, was like shhhh stop killing the mood with your talk, omo see beg, babe am sorry, it was my friends o, they were all carrying and urged me to. At this point my anger came all at once, stood up, got dressed and went to sleep in the children's room. Am at work now, he has called like a thousand times, my phone is already screaming no space for messages delete! Though am not angry anymore, I feel if I just let things get back to normal, he will take it for granted. According to him, it's the 1st time he cheated on me in 7years and I believe him, so at a point men will eventually cheat.

    Not all men cheat pls, what do other women have that my wife doesn't...please change that mentality. I am a married man and I haven't cheated on my wife, we ve been married close to three years now, the fear of cheating alone is something else and I will say its by Gods grace. When you fashion your mind to be faithful to your partner and are determined to live by it, God will help you overcome. When you sleep with another partner you have broken your marriage covenant and if that person is cursed you will be cursed as well because you are now joined with that body. Sex is not just a pleasure that will last few minutes but it is an exchange of covenant by both partners indulging in it, it becomes negative when that person is not your lawful wedded wife or husband whether you are single or not. Please let us accept Jesus into our lives and witness a tremendous transformation. I know am preaching as some may say, but what else can I do.

    Not all men cheat. I think it has to do with the man involved and the environment he finds himself. I'll give an instance with my husband (he does not cheat), he grew up in the US and has not really lived in nigeria most of his life, in summary he has a different approach to life(almost naive in my eyes cos I am a correct Naija babe)... My husband is highly God fearing and does not look at other women, the urge does not even arise talkless of him attempting. He even says it all the time, that where he works, no one looks better than his wife, so what else is he looking for? I believe that The reason why Nigerian men who grew up and live in nigeria are mostly cheats is because everything around them symbolizes the fact that they are entitled to cheat. They have friends that cheat and that advice them to do same, my husband does not even have friends talkless of having bad friends (another good thing about him) and secondly most women in nigeria are money hungry and don't respect boundaries. So yea it really depends on the environment and situation one finds themselves. One of the reasons why I left all the suitors that were asking for my hand in marriage in nigeria and married my husband, he's a different kind of man. Peace of mind should be number one priority for every woman out there.

    I don't cheat and the reason I will never cheat on my wife of over a decade is not just because of love or respect for her but because I fear God in that regard. I have built a mindset that sees infidelity as a spiritual stain that I should rather avoid.

    I know many friends who will rather die than cheat on their wives just out of a God-minded consciousness. People who are trying their best to follow Godly principles. So where does all these fake statistics come from?

    I realized early enough in life that sleeping with multiple women creates a dissatisfaction in a man's sex life with his wife. You will always compare and want more. For me, I have enough to worry about and would not want to add hiding passwords, looking for the next kpekus, secret phone calls, double life, scattered finances, children outside wedlock etc into the mix.

    A man's life is simpler without cheating as long as you and your wife are trying to satisfy each other in the bedroom.

    Please some men still believe that God says we should enjoy sex with our wives only.

    Take yourselves out of the moral gutters when looking for faithful men. Though I agree it takes God's grace to find any.
