Good day ma'am. Please hide my identity. I have an issue I need this fam to help me with, Attached is a pic of what I noticed after urinating and at the end of it it's usually painful,very very(started on Monday). My guess?? Gonorrhea(long stupid story). So this is my first experience with this shit, biko I need to know the drugs to take, very effective ones cause this thing don critical please.

ReplyDeleteBut I actually think it may be UTI( Urinary tract infection ) since you noticed pain during urination.I think it is smtimes caused by dirty toilet or smthn. You probably need strong antibiotics for it, but Doc will do urine test first to determine o. So pls go to hospital. I am not a doc just giving advise.
Dirty toilets do not cause urinary tract infections. I'm not sure why a lot of people seem to believe that.

Go straight to a good lab explain to the lab scientists he/she will advice u on test to run den take dat result to a renowned pharmacy shop nd I bet u u will b all right soon.

DeleteHow did u diagnose yourself with gonorrhea? Besides painful urination and blood in your urine, what other symptoms do you have? Any fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, flank or back pain, belly pain?

That's a blood clot in the picture and those can be very painful to pass, like u have experienced.
It is not typical for gonorrhea to present with gross hematuria (blood in urine u can see). There's a number of things that could cause what you have. The last thing you want to do is to start taking medication without a proper diagnosis. My best advice is to go to a hospital and see a doctor. You need lab tests done, in addition to an actual physical exam.

It is likely UTI (urinary tract infection). Antibiotics will cure it. Please go to the hospital and get a urine test done to be sure. You can't get much help here.
ReplyDeleteIf you are a woman you have endometrial cells growing into your bladder! Please see a urologist! No drug will help you. You need a cystoscopy to confirm diagnosis. Exact same thing happened to me and while doctors were wasting time giving me all sorts of medication the tumor in my bladder kept growing and urinating is extremely painful at the end.

ReplyDeleteDear, take yourself to the hospital fast.That is an infection we are talking about.You need to get a scan done including Urine mcs and HVS.These test will surely show you what the problems are and you can start from there.You didnt mention if you had any other symptoms apart from this.And do not self medicate.Make sure you run those test before starting any drug.That way you will get a perfect result while on treatment.Go to a teaching hospital preferably.
