    3. LaFresh, I always watch out for your comment(s) but u fall my hand on dis one.
There are so many old houses on the island (Idumota), mushin, yaba, mile 2 marked for demolition, death traps. Poverty has made people refuse to move out of such buildings so r u gonna force them out.
If we can't do anything about the past, definitely we can maintain standards when raising new buildings.
One more thing, you need to find out what it entails to build a house.

  6. This is an old building. Water must have destroyed the foundation as most of this houses weren't but strong during those days. Making water go into them and wearing the foundation

But that lekki gardens house is new and went against the 3 storey building it initiated to 5 storey building hence the palava

This is for those comparing the 2 situations.

    1. What has Biafran and yoruba got to do with the discussion?? You people always find way to play tribal cards all the time even when it's not a tribal discussion..

Those who died where those who finished work for the day on the said building and didn't go back home either because their houses was far or one thing. If they building had fallen during the day it would have been more casualty because for your information the were working on the building..

Learn to make hour pint without inviting tribal sentiments or attacking comments for nothing. Thanks
