      Encourage every Nigerian to get their BVN,catch ghost workers.

      Get everyone registered or cut them off....Some terrorists won't come forward to be captured,invariably their lines are blocked. Subsequently,most can't reach their benefactors. LOL. That is what came to mind.

      But I don't know what the President had in mind though.

    In my own opinion the cause of boko haram is:
    Corruption + greedy leader + thirst for power at all cost= boko haram. Mtn and other network providers played an indirect role as a result of mistake and negligence.

    I will say d president is right though, but not only MTN....atleast if outgoing calls and incoming from d North are bn monitored....location of strange calls can be detected just like foreign countries...let's reason about the president allegations towards these network communication.
