      Dis is wat my bf of 4yrs just did, it really hurts would ve been better he openly breaks up with me instead of this. Since dec he stopped calling, som1 dat calls me severally everyday I tried reaching out he'll always say nothing is wrong, people have told me to move on but its quite difficult. I still can't understand y he's doing this n where I went wrong. To tink I was planning 2work my service to lag cos of him. Am still confused but God knows best

      It's actually the other way round. You feel more worthless when the man is playing around doing the communication gap thing. You'll keep worrying what has gone wrong and how to fix it.     I actually don't think this is a good idea. If you want to break up, don't just walk away and leave them hanging and wondering what they did wrong. Help people find closure before leaving. Sit them down to talk it through. Don't just start acting up and make them feel they have spiritual problems.

    Interesting cos for me, I never slept with d guy but smooches and believed it was even love and this was the method he used when I did something wrong. He could tell everyone but not me even when I asked him. All I see was a method of insult to injury, abuse, ego & raw wickedness despite he even hurt me very deeply first even more than the so called wrong I did and I never said a word but just forgave the creature.
    But, the worst and best part, is that it took almost 20yrs to get over him. Yes. Extended long periods of staying away(only me communicating thru mails without replies or acknowledgements) to repeating the whole process just to make any form of peace or...
    The good news is I finally see how shallow he is but how deep in psychological abuse and massive ego,and reading about similar experiences CUT me off the sick cycle finally.
    *maybe, this would help someone cos I even began to suspect it was really something "spiritual" sef.
