Lagos - ENOUGH Is ENOUGH!

This Memo is meant for the Lagos state government to note but since today begins the Weekend,I am not sure it will get the deserved attention......

My Name is Roy,  please help me post this pictures, enough is enough Lagos is a big city where everyone is going about their own business and let no one use his or her business to make other people to suffer, I was driving today along Addo Road Ajah Lagos coming from Ajah roundabout but only to discover that there was a serious traffic.

Cause of the traffic

A trailer was carry a big folk lifter abi na caterpillar na them sabi, the trailer occupy the whole road and it's was going very slow so every other cars where behind the trailer and the traffic was like hell even the police officer's who came to talk to them where not able to do anything maybe the business belong to one OGA @ the TOP. attached is the pictures I took because I was very close to the trailer.

Please madam Stella post the pictures to inform Lagos State government since they do not know what they are doing, trailers that want to carry these kind of load should be restricted to mid night hour before they should do so. One man cannot put everyone on Hold. The incident started around12:00noon, I left the traffic one hour later I don't know how long it's will take the cars far behind me.

Thank you.

Where is Ambo?I pray that he truly truly gets stuck in traffic caused by truck soon...

  1. Lagos is a lawless state no be today.
Despite the ban placed on trucks from plying roads at night, they still do.
No arrests has been made to that effect.
There's always traffic @ that addo rd, I can imagine how it was with the truck wahala.

    Ambo do something!

  5. Stella on another note, the traffic on this same ado ajah round about is something else. There are some police men who deliberately cause the traffic there. They go about harrasing private cars. They will stop you and ask you to unlock your phone for them to check. Search your car like you are a thief. They are just there on both sides of the road every day that's what they do causing traffic to rip people off. When they can't find anything they ask you for money. It is really a big issue.

  6. Thats the trend there oh...
    Poster saying the simple truth.
wonder why they should allow such to move during the day time when the road is busy.
Some even have police escorts with them....

  7. They should help tell Lagos state those massive round abouts they put there is the major cause of traffic in that area. From vgc only to turn you will spend not less than an hour. They should break down those things and put traffic lights.

  9. I live on that same road and this has happened to me before! It was even on a Sunday. We spent one hour trailing behind the stupid trailer and we were seriously late to church! It was so painful. Meanwhile movement on that stretch of road shouldn't take more than 3 minutes. Ambode is really really acting like a first class slow coach in this regard. Ajah residents are suffering, state government has failed us and our local government? Do we even have one, *insert sarcastic laughter here*.

    1. They're about to put flyover across ajah roundabout, it will start from Agungi to Abraham Adesanya. Then all this ajah traffic will be a thing of the past. But while the work is going on, we'll hear whiii.

  12. That Ado road is a mess. Till midnight there is always traffic. Lasma is not helping issues. All they are interested in, is collecting money from bus drivers and allow them Park in the middle of the road to pick up passengers. You leave your house to get to roundabout you spend like two hours. Is this not punishment

  27. All of you shouting ..If you get delayed at night . You will say the trailers are risking your life and you might get robbed .

If you don't get robbed and someone speeds into the obstruction . Another story will come up.

You complain about roads and these are used for road construction . Or do you want the leveler to run on the asphalt ? It will spoil the road hence it's carried or towed .

Meanwhile the weight of that thing ..no be here oo hence the traffic endure . If you are shouting ...what do you want the peeps in Ikorodu to do? They spend hours in traffic just because of road rehabilitation in mile 12 . Guys these inconveniences musT happen .
Meanwhile if you see gbagaun no be my fault . Na Samsung and I no get time to edit .
    Bye
