Doctors In House Section..

Hmmm this is a new one..

BIPOLAR DISORDER

Stella please can you do a post on bipolar disorder where people with experience can share their story as I am a victim.

It hasn't been easy living with it despite been on medication which is something else as its medication have some annoying side effects. Sometimes I just find myself in a very dark place that I have no control over .

I am dealing with so much: fear, anxiety, depression, mood swings, negativity etc. I wonder if there are support groups in Nigeria.  I am sure I would learn a lot if you post this.  You'd be helping a soul.  Thanks

    1. Many who are bipolar here in naija dont even know they are so don't know who's you can get help. Many will tell you pray, go for deliverance etc. What you need is someone that understands or someone else who's bipolar so you both can support each other

  14. Let me believe "Queen and boss" has repented overnight:

Good advice to poster. But please, do not revert to those pervert pieces of advice like encouraging girls to abort and have sugar sons for pleasure.

    Watching.

  18. Hi I work as a mental/ health care assistant. Firstly you need someone to do specials with you aside your medications.they need to be skilled on observing your moods, restlessness and agitations. With one on one special, they know when u need to increase your drug dose, divert your moods to happy moments and get you out of the bipolar phase. I don't know if nigeria has such facilities but if you want me to have free sessions with you do text me on +64210486991. Gradually, we would see how your condition improves and get you back to normal daily activities.
