ReplyDeleteStella,Dry toast is nice, you can also have oats, boiled egg, poached egg, you've got a lot of veggies over there you can use to stir up something fun.
ReplyDeleteJust basically anything light and calorie free.if you want to be on a strict diet,I'd advice you get a calorie counting book.so you can count the calories of everything you put in your mouth, and you'd be sure you won't exceed the estimated calories per day.

DeleteYes you can get hiv from oral but there has to be a break in the skin barrier so you need to have a cut, bleesing gums or bruise etc . So generally would just say if you have any of the above dont do oral. However the chances are quite low.
DeleteAfter downing that toast and coffee, drink plenty of H2O intermittently b4 your next meal. 1, for hydration since coffee acts as a diuretic . 2, it will feel up so you won't eat one X- large size fufu or a Buea mountain high plate of rice.
ReplyDeleteFor me I don't do breakfast. I do half a Litter of water on waking up( ie 1/2 of 1/2 L first, then the remainder after shower ). Or all of half L on wake up, then hit the treadmill for 20-30mins running. Then a cup of coffee. After that another half L of water. Next meal at lunch time.
