ReplyDeletevery strong looking somtin

Mine use to be like wire brush.
DeleteNow I use avocado and banana it's now so soft.
I hardly go to saloon. I make my hair myself. Always on lock and twist.
It goes with your face.
DeleteUr giving it what it wants. That's how my hair was so had 2 cut it very low and start all over n with d right product, treatment n care I'm having having fast growth n loving my hair now.
DeleteYou haven't found the best moisturiser for it yet.
DeleteThats what most african women feels that our natural hair is hard to maintain, so i thought too until i decided to give it a trial and today am enjoying everybit of it. I use think i have the worst hair on earth, thick and hard, even relaxer no fit fall the zuma rock, until i had my big chop, followed the right regimen and now hair is super soft and grows faster, my edges are wow. Someday i mean someday, i will send my hair picture on here. Thanks sis Stella for this post. So many stars are going natural..
DeletePls La fresh tell us in in-house news how you use the avocado and banana. My Nat hair is so hard to manage I am thinking of going back to relaxer, but if you can help maybe I won't have to.
DeleteI also use d banana nd avocado recipe but I prefer d avocado bcuz if d banana is not blended it gets stuck in my hair. So 4 d avocado recipe...i mash it,then I add egg, honey nd carrier oils such as Coconut, castor nd olive oil. Mix all together until it becomes pasty. Cut ur hair into sections lik when ur relaxing nd apply it. Then cover ur hair with a thick shower or steam for abt 15-30mims.rinse off nd ur hair is way softer.... That's aw I get results in my case..smtims I add mayonnaise to the mixture.

ReplyDeleteIs she fair?
ReplyDeleteDark.Full.Rich.Healthy.Beautiful Hairline.Very Beautiful Hair.
ReplyDeleteI want to know one thing Omoni.does it hurt to comb ur hair?
You don't use comb. You finger comb.
DeleteShe blow dried hers.
Not when it's well moisturised and fed with nutrients
DeleteLafresh u don't use comb? All u need do is sprinkle a mixture of water n any oil of ur choice, cut d hair in bit and 1st use a wide tooth big comb then use a smaller comb 2 stretch it. U dnt need 2 blow dry with this.
Deleteits beautiful! styled perfectly. I still prefer my sleek long straigtened hair though. No strength to be battling with virgin hair
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteThis is the only natural hair that is even tempting me to go all natural(of course I wont)
ReplyDeleteSo lovely.
And she must be spending so much to keep it this gorgeous.
Let me read tips and use on my DD.
Her braider is begging me to apply texturizer of her hair. It is tough and it breaks my heart that she cries... it is too long and gorg to even cut.
Check out discovering natural on YouTube or africannaturalistas.com they offer solutions to problems relating to kids natural hair
DeleteYoh can try using a texturiser for her.
DeleteGod bless you both. xoxo
DeleteIts nice.
ReplyDeleteHer hair looks great!
ReplyDeleteThis style is a glorified puff puff..... Her hair is cool anyway
ReplyDeleteYes! she does HV a beautiful natural hair.I like!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhy is she bleaching ?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful woman. U look good
ReplyDeleteTeam natural...I shaved all my and starting over without heat/extension as well..
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. My own is on its way to being like this. Not easy. Please share o!
ReplyDeleteGo to hher website.
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with mine too.
ReplyDeleteNatural hair rocks.
Lovely... I can imagine the money all the kinky hair treatments would gulp.
ReplyDeleteMy own no de agree for treatment or softeners, just absorbs conditioners and bentonite and still as wiry as rubber...*crying*
You need more oils, DC and moisturizing. Get to no your hair porosity first, so you no how well to apply your products.
DeleteDo you used shea butter at all, preferably, unrefined ones?
DeleteMaybe you should incorporate it, if you haven't.
Try another leave-in. Maybe your hair doesn't agree with the one you're using.
Surprising how even bentonite clay masks (right? ) doesn't make a difference.
Do you allow products to build up on your scalp? That can be a contributing factor.
And again, if you're a product junkie, give it a break. Most times, using different products at once gets your kinks confused, you too, and then you won't know what works for it.
You mustn't spend a lot of money to have healthy hair.
My staples are just water, evoo, coconut oil and shea butter.
Others are mainly DIY.
See? You don't need to break a bank, to have managable and healthy hair.
Hope this helped a bit?
Cheers.

Quite simple! Save yourself money buying all those softeners and use basic items found in ur home n kitchen. These items are extremely good for deep conditioning your hair and include:
DeleteBlend banana, honey, eggs, extra virgin olive oil and work into your hair. Leave for a couple of hours then wash off with tepid water. The options are endless- coconut milk, avocado can also be used. They are all good for deep conditioning.
U do know that Google is your friend right?
Definitely nice
ReplyDeleteTeam natural hair all the way. Stella with all cantu products, you are good to go..
ReplyDeleteShea moisture is good too
DeleteShea moisture Products (I meant)
DeleteGood your hair got you a post on sdk.
ReplyDeleteNice hair. The Dye Is Not noticeable.
There's no dye on her hair.
DeleteWith proper care and lack of chemicals, yours can be as black.
Well, except you're an albino.
#WhiteDiamondOut
You mean less chemical?
DeleteYes o..... no dye on that baes hair main... Just with the right food, your hair will thank u for life. I never knew my hair is as dark as when i was still patronizing relaxers .
DeleteYeah. But to maintain this no be beans. Difficult is the main word. Some days you dont just understand what to do with it. I only release mine when I need fresh air mehn. She de try. I cant rock natural hair 24/7.
ReplyDeleteThere's extension on this particular style. Her hair is fine and healthy though.
ReplyDeleteMine is fine and healthy too. 3yrs and counting.
Yeah, I think so.
DeleteDon't think it's long enough for this kind of elaborate updo.
But then, with our deceptive shrinkage, who knows?
#WhiteDiamondOut
They used kinky extension
DeleteTeam natural hair ,i use just shea butter and my hair is good like this ,i use different colours on my hair yet no damages .love me natural hair
ReplyDeleteYou strong o.
DeleteFear never gree me alter my hair colour.
I mean, if i never moisturize am like this finish, na when I colour am?
Your hair go dey gulp deep conditioners like mad na.
Lol
#WhiteDiamondOut
WD, depends on the hair dye you use. Mine didn't break at all. It's fading off now sha
DeleteSometimes when i have to do extension i bring out my natural hair and flat iron is as good as using relaxer ,when you flat iron your natural hair looks like relax hair ,and when i have to style i use my my handdryer that comes with different combs ,i condition my hair a lot ,you can use some coconut oil on your wet hair and twist at night before bed ,when you wake up in the morning you loose and you will get this beautiful curls .
DeleteI love it
ReplyDeleteShe is just one hot lady!
ReplyDeleteAnd she always makes sure that her hair is on point.
Who said type 4 hair isn't beautiful?
Please share o. One can't get enough of hair tips.
This natural hair journey is not an easy one. Moisturising, LOC method, DCs, hot oil rinses, et al, plus the almighty wash days.
I'm thankful though. SL in roughly two years.
And they fooled us into thinking that our hair doesn't grow...lol.
#omonicurls, always repping.
#WhiteDiamondOut

ReplyDeleteAnd get hairstylist sure knows how to work the hair to captivating styles. Natural hair never looked so baitiful
ReplyDeleteWait until u see mine.#teamnatural#
ReplyDelete*Her* instead of *get* please
ReplyDeleteAnd her hairstylist sure knows how to work the hair to captivating styles. Natural hair never looked so baitiful
ReplyDeleteThe secret to her hair is loving the hair that is growing out of her head.
ReplyDeleteOh my, this beautiful . I am growing mine it is coming up good. BTW this is so encouraging.
ReplyDeleteThis generation is so fake. Everything so damn artificial. Hard to see a natural beauty. The ones with the longest & most expensive weaves, with faces caked under powder foundations are hailed as beautiful like they are the savior of the world. Mind u most of the weaves r from dead people, some carry curses & all forms of reptiles; ie if God opens your spiritual eyes to see what girls r carrying ontop of their heads.
Nigerians want to be like Americans; blacks. America is not the standard of GOD oo !!!!
Hair extensions are not actually real human hair. Such ignorance. SMH
DeleteDon't mind them and thats why most of them find it hard to get a good man.
DeleteWhy will a man who fears God approach you when ur face be like onye etere nzu na ude aki, finger nails long come be like witch craft, indecent dressing showcasing bra and gstring all in the name of fashion, using bleaching cream at the end the person face go be like hot akara while the leg go be like unyi azu ite.
Or is it the nude pics flying up and down, seriously our modern ladies are loosing it. U have to look good yes but every thing should be moderate. abeg wetin concern meself make i go face my pikin and give them the best quality training biko. Uwa emebigo. Infact uwa na acho ikpu.
Madam God bless you.
DeleteNatural, Stunning & Besutiful! I'm jealous.

I don't break the bank to maintain my healthy Natural kinks.
ReplyDeleteThank God for my kind of hair.
