Saturday Morning Breakfast.

For the first time in years,I am having Ogbono sauce with hot eba for
breakfast.....abeg abeg abeg,this is the real deal and its been too long.
The sauce has goat meat,stockfish ,dry fish,dry prawns and tastes so great you would go  OMG!....lol


Make i go chop oh,see you after i finish and belch successfully.hehehehehe

      Hubby doesn't like it so I have never made it. And I really don't like it either as I can only eat it the day it's prepared, can't the next day..

  27. Yummy!!!!! I haven't had that soup in a long time too. I am having a tuna melt for breakfast. That is tuna sandwich with a slice of cheddar cheese melted on the on the tuna.

      U wash ur bitterleaf well! Blend it wit electric blender dats faster! Our mothers use d stone!
      After u pour d paste in the pot! Add ur peppersoup spices! Nd freshly blended pepper only!
      Pomo is very important! Cowleg! Even chicken
      Me love to use crabs!
      Den add ur seasoning and salt
      Leave to cook! Don't make it to thick! Use it to eat starch or yellow garri

      It would av peppersoup/bitterleaf taste! It have to be abit pepperish to enjoy!
      It helps to cleanse ur tummy! People with constipation
      And cleanse d mouth to, it avoids mouth odour! Nd u feel fresh and healthy! Wash am down with correct 3days old palm wine! U go sing praises to God for gift of life!

  38. Chooo how i hate ogbono ,but the face of this ogbono needs testing ,my favourite soup is okro soup.i just ate grilled fish with plaitain ,camerounian style yummy ,i marinated it with seasalt ,ginger and peanut butter ,am good when it comes to fish

      Yesterday I was walking home from the bank and the aroma coming from an eatery didn't let me be

      I just entered inside
      Ordered for spaghetti and fish, ate it there with my son

      Then for take away bought meat pie, rice and gravy sauce, and yam porridge. Everyone was just looking

      When I got home I ate the yam porridge.. Hubby came back from work and was hungry and wanted to make swallow, I I pitied him and asked him to eat the rice and chicken gravy sauce

      I ate meat pie 2hrs later

      Now I'm out to buy the chicken gravy sauce and rice again


      Meanwhile had pizza this morning at 12pm

      Couldn't eat anything else

      I love food

      Is amazing how I eat and eat and never go past size 10

  76. I had hot eba with Ife Onugbu that was made with chicken laps and stock fish... I like the fact that bitter leaf is not so bitter and the soup thick die.. Yummy!!

    BTW, I really need to participate in my church (RCCG) fasting starting on Monday. I need grace cos I'm so lazy wen it comes to fasting. The highest I've done is 6-3pm, I want to do more, but my eyes start turning after a while and as I no get body, I fear I might be all bones. Bvs abeg help me pray for Grace, that's all I need.
