    1. Very very good, this government doesn't yield to unnecessary pressure. They are one thousand miles ahead of the mouthy thieves.
I love the fact that Buhari doesn't talk too much.
Oya metuh continue screaming PDP! POWeR! It is no longer power to the people... LMAO now it is PDP! KWARAPSHUN!!! PDP!! RETURN THE MONEY!!!
Let everyman bail himself out with the exact amount that he stole. Willingly or by force.
Isa 170mill,,, Metuh 400mill, but for your stubbornness and eating of evidence you will pay with interest!!
Do you know why criminals take the PLEA BARGAIN???? They are smart to know when the game is over so they comply with the investigation and get an easy way out.
Let your fellow shareholders bring the money back the way they took it. Soon they will kill you before you realised you made a mistake!
      Ewu gambia...

    1. I'm no lawyer but I know the funds will be returned back to the sureties after court hearing and sentencing. The bail is so that you will be responsible for the person..

You know for like example, if he wants to run, you will advice him and hold him down because your money is at stake.. After the whole thing, you would have your money back..

But I don't know if the one for the accused is usually returned.. But I'm sure that of the sureties are..

  3. And some Igbo sell-outs will look at this pic of a brother being handcuffed like this and say Yes Buhari is fighting corruption.

Has anyone been handcuffed like this before since this witchhunt called corruption battle started?

They just wanted to disgrace him cause he's opposition and Igbo.

  23. The only foolish man ever is this Metuh, they asked him to bring 400m he collected and go free, he refused ,,,, now his bail alone is 400m with other conditions..... and at the end , he will either be sentenced or forced to pay the money again.... May we never have that type of Metuh mentality....

    ReplyDelete
  24. I don't think the sureties are required to actually pay the money except the accused person violates the bail terms...

    ReplyDelete
  25. Hehehehehe, atleast with this he will return the 400 million he received from jonathan.

  29. He will only pay 10% of the money likewise the surtees. So olisa does not have 10% of 400mil. Of course not. These men are trying by all means to gain sympathy from our gullible and sentimental youths.
First Dasuki accepted that the money is missing now Fayose is shouting scam and some stupid and shallow minded individuals are not seeing what these old men are trying to do. They are trying so hard to gain sympathy. To make the government of the day seem evil. But I am not deceived.I have followed government for too long and I understand this card. When tribunal pass judgment the governor remains there but when the court issues judgments that an accused should remain in custody we start screaming breach of human rights. Na wa for my country Nigeria.

  31. 400 million? Hehehehehe. How much did he steal again?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Stella, are you possibly thinking they pay these "bails" in cash?

NO. They submit evidence of bonds or properties equivalent to that amount...just in case they abscond. And that is only when those properties can be confiscated.

Otherwise, the moneys or its equivalent remains their own

That is the way it goes.

    ReplyDelete
  33. i pray they use the money they are getting from them the right way. may God keep exposing them, amin
