The Nigeria team beat Niger 4-1 in the African championship CHAN in Rwanda.
Moses Okoro opened the scoring for Nigeria just after half-time, before Elvis Chisom Chikatara, coming on as a substitute in the 57th minute, scored a hat-trick.
Niger’s goal was scored by Adje Zakari Adebayor.

ReplyDeleteThe 1st time both Nations met was also in the month of January about 50 yrs ago & the Nigeriens collected 4 goals too that day.
ReplyDeleteAnd so I predicted a high scoreline yesterday as well, in fact, a 3-goal margin victory, I guess they listened to me on Sports Summit yesterday evening & did accordingly.
I'm particularly happy for the 'kolanut boy', Chisom Chikatara for announcing his presence in emphatic fashion.
Big ups to them.
*Ghanaman signing out*
