    Brf, please do something about estimated bills. The amount I pay monthly is outrageous. To think I have paid for the prepaid meter over 6 months ago. Light self I no see.

    1. I found out something. They give nepa staff target that's why estimated bills are so high.

      Metres are available but they won't give out on time so they can make enough money.

      Something needs to be done. They're paying so much for what they didn't consume.
