Ex Beauty Queen Slyvia Nduka Buys Billion Naira Mansion.

Sylvia Nduka,Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (World) 2011 has joined the league of property owners in Park View .....





According to Stella Dimoko Korkus sources,the leggy former beauty queen recently purchased a mansion in Park view estate worth billions of naira and had a quiet house warming party on December 26,2015.


The party was which mostly attended by very close friends and family members was well coded as the source alleges that the beauty queen did not invite anyone who might leak the info......


So how did Stella get to hear this?LOL


The Mansion which is very big is like a family home and it is not clear if Sylvia will live there alone or move in with her Parents who are based in Lagos.

    A few facts for you all:
    1. There is no property in parkview worth billions. The most expensive estate in Lagos ie. banana island is where you find houses worth that much. It makes more sense to assume that she bought the house for millions not billions but trust people to over hype. I own property on the island as well so I can confirm the falseness of the hype
    2. We all know she's not worth that much , its obvious she's into big time runs or using her foundation to raise money that she is actually pocketing instead of investing into major projects.
