  12. Hian! Renovation kwa. It is well with Nigeria.

  13. That amount is relatively ok. I understand the value of the naira has greatly depreciated. Houses are built with millions of dollars you know...with the high cost of building materials and labourers here in Nairobi.

    1. He learnt from his predecessor. Talba(the former gov) renovated his with 250m. That state is the worse I've seen in recent times. Everything there was done by IBB, nothing new apart from flowers and sign post.

  36. You all should stop with these POVERTY MENTALITY OF URS. This figure is still very ok compared to spendings in d past. Some of u talking, even with ur povertious mentality, can 16m build a decent house for u in a choice area? Let's face facts here, you don't expect d number 2 citizen of a state to be living in a hut, for God's sake, how much do you think it will cost to renovate a full mansion in a choice area.

Even most of you talking here (especially the women) will do worse or was it not Patricia Eteh dat spent N625m to renovate an office, not to talk of a full blown mansion?

Please, don't allow your povertious brains to always becloud ur sense of reasoning in matters like this. I understand the hardship we're all passing through
