Without having to bore you, let me say that i hope I'm able to be of help to you. This thing is as simple as it is hard and it requires a lot of sacrifice and discipline. But first you and your husband must be sound fertility-wise. That is to say that your husband must have good quality and viable sperm cells and you must have good quality and viable eggs every month. These conditions are outside the control of my tips.

Now having assumed that you both are okay, the first thing to do is to establish your cycle whether you are 28,30,32 day cycle as the case may be and whether you duration is 3,4,5 days as the case may be.

Therefore for the next 4-6 months write down each month that your period comes. Example.. Dec2015 start 191215, stop 231215. Jan2016start 260116 stop 290116. Compile it for the next 4-6 months and send to me to study and then we go to the next step. Good luck as we embark on this journey of fulfilment

Having said that,I will like to suggest a competition for food vendors as well.... Tailors and makeup artist will be fun. But you know food is the new oil,there are alloooottt of caterers,food stylists,and plating guru's.

Beware of Cotonou Cooks- A BV experience

Hi Stella,

How are you?  I am writing you based on a recent incident that happened in my home.  My cook from Cotonou broke into our room and made away with a lot of our personal items mostly Jewelry.  Am still dazzled by how he was able to do all that he did.  From our investigation with INTERPOL, I became aware that this guy is a professional thief and this is about the 6th case involving him.  

Once he steals in Lagos, he will go and work in Abuja, then PH, etc.  The guy is an excellent cook so that is how he captures you.  Please find attached his picture so BVs can beware of him.  He is currently on the run and anyone that has any information on him should please report to INTERPOL at their Alagbon Ikoyi office. He goes by many names, Paul Sossou, Paul Atakpo, Pedro Soussou.  A handsome reward awaits anyone that can give information that can lead to his arrest.

Hello Stella, this is Layo,i am one of your fans from the diaspora. I have a story that I want to share with you and the beautiful people on your blog. It's about my sister that lives in Port  Harcourt with her father, step mum and sibling. I think over the years, there have been tension in the house because my sister is the first child, but with another woman, who happens  to be my mum. Anyway my sister was sleeping day before yesterday, when her step sister went into her room with hot water, and poured it on her.
