Policemen Vanish Into Thin Air As Their Colleague Breaks Windscreen Of Govt Car #Igbese!

A police Sergeant Kolawole Kamoru with force number -491367 landed himself in hot soup yesterday evening by breaking the windscreen of a government house Orange Toyota Venza.

The Venza bearing a government house emblem had two occupants. They were first stopped at the gate of Leisure Mall still at the same Adeniran Ogunsanya Street.

The incident happened at about 6.45pm in front of the Shoprite at Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere, Lagos.

According to the story ''The sergeant had blocked the car and tried to make some calls. The occupants of the car told him to leave but he refused to budge.
Suddenly, the driver moved and instead of the policeman to move away, he jumped on the bonnet of the car and they drove him away till traffic stopped the car in front of Shop rite.

There, the now enraged policeman jumped down and beckoned on some of his colleagues nearby. They both came over, looked at the emblem on the car and told their colleague to leave the road.
He refused and kept shouting of how he would deal with the driver. Again, the driver made to leave but the policeman hit the windscreen and it broke.

Immediately, all other policemen VANISHED INTO THIN AIR save for Sergeant Kamoru who was left to answer to his actions.

Meanwhile the occupants of the car were seen making calls ......

    1. Imagine the arrant nonsense. Good for him. I hate it when policemen or traffic wardens resort to hitting ur car with their hands when they notice that u no send them. They do it out of embarrassment becos onlookers usually make a mockery of them when the meet drivers/owners that know their rights and won't succumb to their bullying. Stupid

    6. The owner of the Venza needs to come back to catch them maybe next year, cos they usually camp under a shade at the mall, trying to catch people who make a U-turn in front of the mall.

    1. On a serious note, what the driver did was an assault on an officer on duty.
The policeman might get a suspension but the driver will a jail term for sure.

    2. Assault indeed. The policeman was very wrong. I wish he fell off the car or something. Nigerian police are the worst set you can ever encounter. What happened to the ban on them mounting roadblocks? Useless people.

    1. Anon 7:06,u r a mumu. The police man must be your brother. Do you know who is inside the car? Why don't he go stop COAS car. Let me see if he will live to tell the story. #Some animals are more equal than others

    2. Yeah, but why stop without any concrete reason to do so? They are selective in their stop and search, and we all know that. Even when u change lane, some ignorant policemen will rush to ur car as if there's any traffic law that forbids u to change lane. This is one of the baseless, yet common reasons people are harassed whist driving. So they get edgy when they see that u know ur right.

    3. And he had to hit the windscreen?

    4. Didn't you guys read the part where they drove the car with him on the bonnet. What if he fell off the vehicle and died in the process? Did he just start hitting the windscreen like a mad man? Let's drop aside our hate for once and be objective about things. The fact that you hate someone doesn't mean that when he's been wronged, you shouldn't speak up the truth. If you know that your hatred is so severe, then don't utter a word.

    1. Let it be a civilian now and u two faced ppl will come and be asking why he didn't stop when the police guy asked him too.

So yea, him not stopping looks suspicious cos no one should be above d law but I agree, he shouldn't have broken the windscreen

  13. Gbese. That was how a police van pursued a bus on CMD road. The driver lost control and hit a fence. You will not believe it, the police van quickly reversed and took off. People were now running towards to bus to save the driver for fear of the bus bursting into flames. I just wish I was fast enough in getting the police van's car number. Wicked set of people.

  22. This can only happen in Nigeria. Why won't government vehicles obey the rules. You need to see how some of the drivers drive as if there are no rules for road users. Probably the government vehicle broke traffic rules just because he is using a govt emblem. Let the truth be told the so called government making the rules are the ones breaking it with impunity. The police are not doing their jobs because the high and mighty will not allow them to do so. You need to come to Abuja and see how dis government officials follow one way to avoid traffic. If the common man does same he will be arrested and the useless vio will cease the car and collect huge amount of money. Nigeria is messed up. Let me not get angry so much so as not get wrinkles on my d- day.

    2. The police are not doing their jobs because the are corrupt. They are not supposed to mount checkpoints it's illegal. Do the high and mighty stop them from doing their jobs when there is an armed robbery attack? The police are as corrupt as the so called high and mighty

    3. You just made a lot of sense. Firstly the police officer has the right to stop the car because it is a government vehicle on the roads on a sunday and a public holiday. These vehicles are supposed to be for official use and so the officer has to confirm that thisvehicle has not been taken over by hoodlums or worse. Secondly, though we know our policemen misbehave sometimes, this was assault on a police officer in the line of duty and will not be tolerated in sane societies. If this policeman was your father would you be saying the same thing?
