Ooni Of Ife And The Sultan Of Sokoto Pledge Support For The Upliftment Of The Youth In Nigeria.

The Ooni Of Ife Oba Adeyeye and the handsome Sultan of Sokoto 
Amirul Mu'minin Sheikh as Sultan Muhammadu Sa'adu Abubakar III  have pledged to work together for the upliftment of the youth in Nigeria.


The Co -Chairmen of the National Council of Traditional rulers in Nigeria made this pledge when the Sultan of Sokoto recently spent two days with the Ooni in Ife during the Coronation Ceremony.

The Sultan has not hidden his Joy that a young man is the new Ooni which signifies that the youth will have an audience from him....Interestingly at the Coronation to hand over his staff of Office to him,the new Ooni Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, Ojaja II dedicated his throne to the youth of Ife and the entire Country.

As you read this,Ife town is undergoing Change and the youth in the community are actively involved.
