  1. Please they shouldn't fix the seats before they'd budget half of Nigeria to have them fixed.

    1. exactly! they should continue to use the seats like that please, when they now want to fix it, they'll bring out some ridiculous budget. No! there's nothing wrong with the seats please, but they should work on fixing the country.

    4. The only thing I noticed in this pic is how they were all in awe of Mr President. Just look at all their faces...they couldn't hide it. Not even the members of the opposition. See, we can all be united for one purpose, by supporting the president. And in the end we'd all have this infectious smiles on our faces too.

  5. Nigerians are neglecting the real issue and focusing on non relevant ones. If they like they should sit on d bare floor after all pupils in some government schools are seated on bare floor to learn.

  10. Why won't the MHR hail the 2016 appropriation bill when no matter the debts to be incurred, they would still get their allowances? The 2016 budget-candy being peddled is only a placebo. With the price of oil going down to about $20 per barrel in the coming quarter, Nigeria would lose 48% of her oil revenue against the approximate in the budget. The resultant effect would see a nation who is oil reliant borrowing N3 trillion as shock absorber.   Wonder why Saudi Arabia who is also oil dependent is not affected by the free fall of the oil revenue? Reasons are : Nigeria's population is conservatively put at 150 million, which is 5x that of Saudia Arabia, but their oil production is 5x larger than ours. Not to mention our  past leaders and their mindless materialism and short-sightedness. It will be a tough call for Nigeria in 2016. Individually, we might stay afloat by keying into the prosperity messages of our Pastorpreneurs whom we remit greater tax to than our government. The way forward is to pray for our present leaders to have the sense to advocate true federalism or else borrow from our MOG without interest. This will encourage Osun StateS to be realistic with their budgetS.

    2. @ Anony 14.20pm, I am happy you spotted that. "Osun StateS" means states like Osun who are very indebted and with low IGR but have appropriation bills that are outrageously high. Even their imaginary allocations from the federal are limited after bail out funds deduction. Thank you for being so perceptive!
