    1. I got arrested in london for driving without license. Tot I was in naija. Wo, insurance make money here o. You can't be caught driving without insurance. They should make it compulsory in nigeria so ppl can have jobs chasing car owners to come buy insurance.

    2. Thankfully Nigerians now understand the essence of insuring not only their vehicles, but other personal contents. The culture of buying insurance was a struggle for the average Nigerian years ago. It almost seemed like a taboo.. and yes, "God forbid I have an accident" was their daily mantra. But for those of us who lived/live outside Nigeria, it was/is a necessity that is made compulsory by the authorities. Otherwise you'd be fined if caught driving an uninsured vehicle.

But Nigerians are more enlightened these days, they now understand the advantages. The insurance companies now have a bigger market unlike before.

The year you decide not to do comprehensive insurance when all the past years one has been a loyal customer, na the year better accident go meet the car or the car will be stolen. With all pleasure you will hear that you are not insured.

    1. Car insurance is compulsory in Lagos. Even with insurance, you still have to cover your car with the blood of Jesus because the streets of Lagos are blood sucking. If you have an accident and die, shey na insurance go bring you back to life? Stella we need both. Blood of Jesus for preservation of our lives and insurnace for compensation.
      Pardon my errors.
