Former Beauty Queen Says Men Do Not Take Her Serious And Say She Has Gold Diggers Look

Ex- beauty q‎ueen Okhueleigbe Ebosetale popularly known as Stella Whyte is on the news again following a red carpet interview at the recent Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Awards.

The former Miss ITV Queen who is a final Student Of University Of Benin rattled the media when she was asked about her relationship. According her "
in as much as I am a decent, hardworking and passionate person, I am very selective when it comes to dating. I don't date for fun..most guys I come across see me as a goal digger, some say I'm just too pretty to be real or true, that really irritates me...yes they  think I am too pretty to be faithful, well don't judge a book by its cover"

She further added " you know i was once asked on a TV interview my kind of man, its still remains the fact that my man should be understanding, loving, honest, calm, very patient, good looking and a hardworking, if a man doesn't have these, I rather not date moreover I'm just 20 (laughs)and serious minded"

The pretty light skinned beauty started professional modeling last year after she emerged winner of Miss ITV Hot Leg Pageant in highly competitive contest. At her recent handover she was made brand Ambassador of Afriwomen Magazine for two years  ‎and also unveiled as fashion consultant for House of Claire Africa branch.

‎Taking about pageant she said "I'm still not sure of the  pageant I want to contest for now because I want a very reliable pageant with a purpose and vision.

The ITV presenter who has‎ great passion for modelling, broadcasting also love kids very much and believes in charity.....

I have a lot of very beautiful friends and most of them are even yet to find serious boyfriends because each one that comes their way do not believe they are not dating.if they call once and fone is busy, thats it!
Why are men so myopic minded sef?

    1. Personally, I feel ugly girls are more willing* to make men feel like a MAN than pretty girls...

Nigerian men are too domineering by nature. As a Nigerian lady that wants a man, u honestly need to step off ur high horse and understand the way their mind works!!!

They don't have that time to patiently lick ur ass like a white man who is wowed* by ur beauty will do! Ur character* along the line will buy u ALL u want from them...

I learnt ontime as a fine girl* and I have been in a happy relationship! Other fine girls can learn too...

    3. This girl no serious ooooOo. Myopic minded? I thinks ladies are more narrowly minded than guys except if you are dealing with a kind of wrong guys.

You are twenty and don't think you need a serious relationship, but when you are 32 you will run to Stella's blog for advice on how to attract a responsible man for marriage.

No matter what you might achieve in life, at a certain age as a woman, you beauty and career will no longer be your pride but your wonderful family.

Relationship is a serious business...take it serious from now dear, when you are 28 men will not fall from heaven...still the same men around, if they don't see you as been trustworthy now, is it when you've become less attractive.

Girl wake up from this fake celebrities lifestyle faaaaa.

    1. Same here. No serious relationship for almost two years cos every guy I meet seem to think am already in a relationship or I have a lot of men in my life. When I tell them otherwise, their reply is always, you're too beautiful not to have a boyfriend, I am so lonely and sad. I didn't create myself, God made me beautiful and I believe he his preparing a good man for me.

      Delete
    2. Hmmm not true ooo. It depends. The most important question is are they approachable cos most of them allow their beauty to enter their head. Feeling funky and all that forgetting that the beautiful ones are not yet born.

    3. Gbam! @ sexiest mother.. That Used to be d story of my life. I used to have this 'dnt even dare come close look' until my aunt sat me down one blessed day & we had the girl talk. I followed her tips & 2day i'm engaged.
Pretty girls really need to get off their high horse s.learn to be accommodating. It helps.

    4. Blog Addict, thank God for you cos most of them dont want to listen to advice, a guy will approach them instead of them to atleast give the person a chance, they will be like Ah, he is not my type, he doesnt look presentable, he doesnt speak like british and all that. On a first dateooo hahaha. Why not give the person a chance atleast let him express him self first even if at the end of the day you didnt find anything interesting in the guy, you can in a good manner tell the person u aint interested and still be friends with the person. Manner of approach matters a lot but sorry to say most beauty queens/pretty ladies i have met here in lagos when i got married newly then dont have that . So they end up attracting people that are players or people that are not Serious. They should learn how to be friendly and mingle with people. Even if that person doesnt know to how speak like british, you can teach the person or encourage the person to enrol in any evening clases for adults or go to bizness school or part-time and not rubbing it on the peesons face. Most of them are the cause of their problem. The beautiful ones are not yet born coupled with the rate girls mature this days. Imagine an 8yrs old girl already has breast and looks beautiful then also imagine how she will look like when she gets to 15yrs. So they should mellow down cos umu asa juru everywhere.

  5. Tell me about it, Ebosatale!
    I totally relate.

Why are men myopic minded indeed!

Same conversation I was having with a guy yesterday.

He disagreed with me,as regards many beautiful girls still being single, because men automatically assumed that they are in relationships.

He said that even if a beautiful girl is not in one, that there is always some guy by the sidelines, filling in for the ONE, pending when he shows.

I kept shaking my head in amazement.

    Africans,not just men.

You see a pretty single girl, you assume she is a prostitute.

Every fair girl is dating sugar daddies but those dark ones that are doing "mighty" things are good girls.

This is why some men end up with girls they import from their villa that comes to "township" and shows them pepper. They turn out to be the biggest gold diggers with their poverty of the mind mentality.

  40. Lmao @ these comments. So everyone on Stella's blog is now a beauty queen... oriegwu ooo *in the queen's voice*

Anyway shaaa, I think beauty attracts men but character keeps them. Many beautiful girls attract lots of men and lots of men also want to marry a very pretty lady. If men are saying she's a gold digger, then she must be doing something wrong. Maybe she's greedy, bleaching, not homely or a free-giver of her ... or maybe she's possessed. Beauty should be an advantage

    ReplyDelete
  41. Do "gold diggers" actually have a generic look? I think it's more about a person's attitude and, perhaps, profession or whatever one does for a living. They are various stereotypes attached to certain occupations, like the notion that female bankers in the marketing department are morally bankrupt. Same yardstick female nurses are measured by, pretty or not. The fact that there are a few who are morally upright doesn't count, they all are grouped as one and the same. Perception trumps truth, unfortunately.

I guess men are discouraged from having any serious relationship with most b‎eauty queens, not because they are stunning but the stereotypical notion that beauty queens earn their crowns by parting their thighs and other body parts to the "ogas at the top". I know a lot breathtakingly beautiful women who are married to very responsible men who never pass on the opportunity to show off their pretty wives. And I know for a fact that when a man is smitten by the beauty of a woman, he behaves like he's under a spell, even if she has a questionable attitude.

When a lady is perceived as hard-working or has a decent job or owns a successful business, no matter what she looks like, the term "gold digger" doesn't come to mind. Yet behind the veil, she may actually be a prolific gold digger. That's the irony in certain assumptions. ‎

Most of the men I know actually love the fact that they are blessed with gorgeous wives or lady friends. It appears she gives off the wrong vibe or acts in a particular way which portrays her as a gold digger. Beauty is supposed to be a plus and not a disadvantage. It becomes a disadvantage when it makes a lady uppity because she's aware of her beauty and the effects it has on men.‎
