''Dear Stella good morning...please I will love it if you will post this...I have read so many stories about domestic violence on your blog and the campaign against it that's why I decided to send it this post about domestic violence on a little 9yr old girl.
Please Stella and fellow blog visitors a little girl called Onyinyechi (9yrs) always come to my mums shop were am currently working while waiting for youth service to buy something for her Aunty. This little girl is always full of smiles but only when you take a closer look at her would you see the agony she passes through in the hands of her madam.
Stella, on Monday that she came to the shop, there were blood stains on her cloth and when I looked at her head, I saw that it was broken in two different places. when I asked who did that to her, she said that it was her Aunty that broke her head because her aunty's daughters baby food finished and she did not tell her. Stella I was close to tears and when I asked if she had eaten she said no, by 12pm ooo Stella.
I wanted to send in this post that day but I decided to wait but what I saw today was another level of wickedness. Onyinyechi came to the shop today to see me, to show me the latest designs her aunty made on her body with bite and belt marks included. Flogging her with belt and give her a red patch on her eye was not enough, she had to bite her too and she is not going to school.
Please Stella I would love it if any human right worker on this blog can help this little girl before she dies in the hands of her madam please help. The names of her parents are Mr and Mrs Benard and Rose Nkrem in Umunoha, Imo state but she does not have their contact or that of any of her siblings.
Please fellow BVs if any of you recognises this girl or know her parents, please contact them to come and take their daughter away before her corpse will be all that is left to take. God bless SDK''!

I've always wondered why some women bring in little girls into their homes just to use them as errand girls and to maltreat them.
Stella, its a common sight here oo.you'll see a woman with her baby,and a little girl of about 6 or 7 yrs will be tagging along, carrying the baby's bag and stuff.
Sometimes the little ones carry the baby while the madam strolls behind.
There should be child laws protecting children from those "animals"

Imagine the pains her little body is taking in.

ReplyDeleteI use to have a friend in my uni days we stayed in the same hostel and with time we became best of friends,as a matter of fact we were sisters from different mothers, we never had any issues for years until her sister visited from another school she came with a little boy whom I strongly believe is her son(sweet little thing by the way) and a maid at about 10years of age looking unkempt in tattered cloths then all hell went loose, all I could see in the eyes of the little girl was fear, I just couldn't place it, who or what was she scared of?
Then the battering began,she would beat this girl over soap, plate, spoon, cup and you could see the hatred she had for the girl sometimes the little boy would beg on her behalf gosh and my friend watched her sister torture this girl everyday without doing nothing, I saw a different side of my so called friend or she was scared of talking to her sis (Mehn fcuk that) I barged into their room and gave them the warning of their lives that I
didn't want to hear the girl's voice anymore till they left that town.
I miss my friend though cos I know she got a good heart but then her sister is Jezebel herself

ReplyDeleteLord is indeed merciful. That is wicked Aunty birthed a child into this world. I cried reading this. I wish i can do something. All our helpers from kids got married, was even settled. The last was trained till she got admission into the university and is now a babe. I wish i was married and needed a helper.See the beauty with her freckles.
