  29. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Thus a healthy breakfast tends to determine the functioning of your body systems for the day. A healthy breakfast should contain the right nutrients and food supplements. Breakfast boost one's efficiency for the day.
Most people skip breakfast in their weight loss quest; this is so wrong because skipping meals, especially breakfast, can actually make weight control more difficult. Several research has shown that Breakfast skippers tend to eat more food than usual at the next meal, or nibble on high-calories snacks to stave off hunger.
On this note one can comfortably take up calories while eating breakfast because you can burn it before the day runs out. Your choice of breakfast is up to you.
    Eat healthy! Eat right!!

  32. Having eba in the morning is not ideal.and that is because eba is heavy and breakfast should be something light just to kickstart your day.
Stella what you've listed up there is just about right for breakfast.
But if you are counting calories, you can leave the sausage out, and the yourghurt should be low fat plain yourghurt.

You can also have one hard boiled egg and plain oats in the morning.

For me dry toast is always ideal for me for breakfast.cos its light and sits just right in my tummy.

On a larger scale, breakfast is just about having something to start your day with.it could be anything and everything.for some its fufu, for some its rice, its all about what works well for you, and what you have readily available at home to eat.

  49. Who says break fast is not supposed to be light, that is not true. I am a nurse and the usual saying here in Swededen is this "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like the poorest man on earth"

You can eat anything in the morning because you got the whole day to work it out. I still prefer a bowl of my old oatmeal for breafast anytime anyday. It is highly nutritiuos, got lots of fiber to start a long stressful day att work with. A cup of black coffe with no sugar added, may be if you want one boiled egg.

If you want to eath sandwich in the morning, be careful with white bread. It gott no nutritions. I will advice you go for wholewheat bread.
