I discovered this fruit when i went shopping and there was a 'tasting' stand...Its unbelievably delicious and its health benefits are awesome.

  6. I'm having rice and banga this morning. I normally skip breakfast, but after reading some comments online, I've decided to always eat breakfast, fruits and vegetables/pepper soup in that order. Abeg, I really want to know more about this fruit. What is it called in Nigeria?

  9. I had a surgery 4 days ago and I'm already back home. 14 fibroids were removed. Oh my God! I went to the land of the dead. Glory be to God I'm alive. My doctor was so happy for a successful surgery. No blood transfusions before, during and after the surgery. What a Mighty God I serve! I can't wait to have my babies. With God all things are Possible. Surgery was performed in Europe.
