    Rape is when you walk into a situation that is beyond your control and you are forced to have sex with someone or some people in that situation that is out of your control. That is rape!
    If the first time he did it, she avoided him, she would have said it was rape and she never went back. But she kept going back. And kept doing all sorts with them. Was she naiive? Yes! Was she sexually abused? Yes. Was she being psyched into these things? Yes. Was she raped? Maybe the first time, but not subsequent times. She wasnt forced to keep hanging out with him.
