The next would be Simi, 'Jamb Question', I forgot to add Falz d bad guy in my previous list, he's good, his lines in Jamb Question and Celebtity girlfriend with Reekado is cool.
    The rest are:
    Niyola
Yemi Alade ( Kissing, Durotimi...other songs are wack)
    Di'ja
Storm rex ( I love her voice)

My all time, all year best should be Tiwa, I await her return next year.

Falz did it for me too this year.I started appreciating Stormrex recently cuz my brother always plays her song with phyno.Simi's "Jamb question" is really lovely and Timi Dakolo really surprised me this year.In all, I think most of them did reasonably well in their rights this year, but those are the few that stood out for me.Tekno's "Duro" is one jam I love too.

When I think upon Your goodness
    and Your faithfulness each day
I'm convinced it's not because I am worthy
to receive the kind of love that You give
But I'm grateful for Your mercy
and I'm grateful for Your grace
And because of how You've poured out your Yourself
I have come to sing this song out in praise

    Imela, Imela
    (Thank You! Thank You!)
    Okaka, Onyekeruwa
(Great and Might creator of the world)
    Imela, Imela
    (Thank You! Thank You!)
    Eze mo
    (My King)

Who am I to sing Your praises?
Who am I to worship You?
Its Your blood that makes the difference in me
And made a way to enter into Your throne

I could not come near Your presence
I could never sing Your song
But the sacrifice on Calvary's tree
is the reason I can cry out today

    Imela, Imela
    Okaka, Onyekeruwa
    Imela, Imela
    Eze mo X2

    Bridge
    Onyedikagi
    (Who is like You?)
    Ekene diri gi

    (All Glory belongs to You)

  54. Bukola(not sexyboocallher) Olamide A.K.A ASA had a memorable year too. Jjskillz my life is one helluva tune and then the collabo with vector and skales. Skales had a splendid year too. His LP "man of the year" is one for keeps. From ijo ayo to shake body to always. He was on point.
Simply Simi and her boyfriend Dekunle Gold were my fav. Couple dis year.
Patoranking is mos.def the king of dancehall/reggae. Cynthia Morgan should desist from her Bini Patuah, shit ain't pleasing to the ear.
The word on the street is that Wande's album is a classic! Havent copped it but from singles he has released I expect nothing but perfection.

    ReplyDelete
  55. For the album that rocked this year, Modenine's above ground level(was released sept 2014, but I got my copy dis year) is isssh. 40 shades(tracks) of classic!
Reminisce's Baba Hafusa is another devilish album ya'll gotta listen to. Remy is a beast! Sojay can sing and sarz is a blaady producer.
Yemi Alade's kings of Queens is one for keeps.

Collaboration of the year I'd give it to vector for the king Kong remix (Uzikwendu I doff my hat for you)
Modenine and uncle Remy with d tune o yea rappers is another.
FalzTheBadGuy,Phyno and Chigurl's karashika is funkiest collabo ever!

  59. Aina More's "girls killing it", Darey's "pray for me" and Timi Dakolo's "there is a cry" were for me the biggest singles this year.
Simi' Jamb question, phyno's connect , Dekunle Gold's Orente and Niyola's Last Bus top are worthy mentions.
Korede Bello's "from nobody to somebody"(dunno if its d title of d song) is the best inspirational song.
Nathaniel Bassey is the Gospel singer of tth2015.
Pasuma tried dis year too, like the "oganla" tune where he featured olamide. Make pasuma do Fuji rendition of Adele' Hello

  60. The naija scene is overcrowed with virtually everyone doing d same junk stuff. A few tho, a few have veered away frm d crowd mentality. Young Artistes like
    BlackMagic (Levels)
    AinaMore
Ruby Gyang(Undoubtedly, she's da best female vocalist dis side of the continent)
    Ebisan
FalzTheBadGuy(his music focus on societal issues in a comical/satirical manner)
    Chee
Retta Rich and a few others makes me believe that there's hope for Nigerian music

    ReplyDelete
  61. Adekunle Gold, Olamide, and Frank Edwards

    ReplyDelete
  62. Phyno,olamide,falz,seyi shay
    Olamide is so freaking talented

    ReplyDelete
  63. Tisa Savage is the leading vocalist, check out these singles from her : HIS VOICE, MAKEUP,LOVE NEXT DOOR. I'm sure she's returning with a bang next year

  64. People just they monitor other people life like monitoring spirit,we were not born the same day,and we won't get married the same day or even die the same day,so I must not like what you like, support Nigeria league if you like and leave someone else alone is a choice not a most I love my Chelsea, oya go kill yourself. celebrity gossip
