    PMB, BRF kindly note that a part of warri has been in total and absolute black out for days running. No light, No fuel. BEDC refused to give light for days running and you can't walk into any filling station to buy fuel to power your generator so is this not absolutely ridiculous? I can remember that some weeks back it was reported that a part of the north didn't have fuel and pronto how many million liters of fuel was dispatched by NNPC. Kachukwu pls note that no fuel in delta. PMB and BRF we are sending SOS an per power because we are experiencing total blackout in a part of warri. This is completely frustrated.
