Breakfast This Saturday

What I am having?........Bread made outta Oats,coffee,scrambled eggs,blah blah blah..






What i want?..........Moimoi garnished with dryfish and schrimps  with cold Ijebu garri and groundnut.

VERDICT? - Make i manage wetin i see,breakfast is very important.

Pray tell,what are you having for breakfast?

And for those reading this that have nothing to eat this Morning.May God meet you at the point of your need in Jesus name....

  54. Honey beans and red sweet potato porridge(yes oo, red skin potato is back in the market). Garnished with dried fish and fried fish, wit tiny bits of soft kpomo, then turned in green vegetable(inine in Igbo language).

    After breakfast many are going back to sleep again. Kikiki.

  65. Garden egg sauce made with palmoil n lots of smoked fish, onion n pepper with soft yam/sweet potatoes......av a bottle of farm fresh here tooooo

    2. Lemme give you the recipe for garden egg sauce

      Ingredients
      Garden eggs
      Palm oil
      Sliced onions
      Blended pepper onion mixture
      Salt
      Black pepper
      Dry fish
      Beef stock
      Crayfish
      Knorr cube
      Salt
      Yam

      Steps
      Boil garden eggs till soft. Remember to add a little salt.I like to peel off the skins and mash a bit. Set aside
      In a pot add palm oil. When hot, toss in onions. Stir and add the blended mixture. Cook till it dries to a paste.
      Add beef stock
      Clean dry fish and boil separately to soften it
      Add to main pot
      Stir and add Knorr, a dash of black pepper and a little crayfish
      Stir and leave to simmer for 10 mins. Taste for salt.
      Add garden egg and stir.
      Serve with boiled yam .
