This popular picture of the boy with the most animated side eye was originally taken in 2012 by a member of an NGO group from the U.S. Who had come to

Uganda to join a local aid group catering for women traumatised by the way waged by the members of the Lord's Resistance Army. 

The Lady squatting Heena Pranav 28, and a medical student at that time had seen the boy whom she described as really sweet, aged between 2 and 3 years old, in a market where he was with his mother. The boy didn't speak English and Pranav couldn't speak the local language. But their brief encounter was epic! . The picture has been used in nearly 71 countries expressing different views through memes.
