    Why do we always end up with petty, vindictive people in a position of power? Could he not have posted non petty message? I am sorry but I think he needs anger management classes and counselling. He should be above such for Goodness sake. Is it because a lot of Nigerians supported our ex goalie? So because we supported him we are not real fans?     Could they please fire this guy and employ a coach with strong leadership skills. Nigeria is really tiring. Honestly, I tire!! Leadership skills is a must for almost every human being who seeks a job in America, and of course a MUST for a coach. Cos its simply a part of life! They entrust you with coaching super eagles, all these drama. Hian. Not like you coaching Mayweather, or Serena Williams. Of course you will have rebellious and stubborn followers, it is your duty to handle the situations right. And no, you cannot force the leadership upon them, they are not your slaves. It is your duty to study everyone and figure out how best to talk with them!!! Not shout on them and bark orders. No naa, they are not kids.

    Yes, Enyeama was angry because you provoked him to anger. He's an adult, just like you are. You talk to an adult with a respectful and reasonable approach. Then you will be respected back. Of course the agitation is expected cos he is still in mourning. If you found him unfit, then you shouldn't have invited him to camp. Nigeria is bigger than both of you

    We blacks are way too troublesome. Everybody get wahala. Too proud, too big. The players sef shouldn't feel too big or disrespect orders. The coach too shouldn't feel too big. Respect should be mutual biko. All my years in America I've never seen that too big character amongst whites. I call my boss by her name. Professors are humble. Politicians, humble. Rich people live amongst the poor. Our case is always different.
