The election victory of Hon. Tony Nwulu, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) representing Oshodi-Isolo Federal constituency 2 of Lagos State has on Friday been upheld by the National Assembly election petition tribunal sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State.
The Petitioners, Akeem Muniru and the All Progressives Congress, approached the State and National Assembly Election Tribunal to nullify the election of Tony Nwulu on the grounds that he forged his credentials and for making a false declaration of oath in his INEC forms.
The Tribunal concluded that the names respectively stated in the academic credentials, WAEC result, INEC forms, and others as either belonging to Anthony Onyeulu Nwulu and having proved on oath that the compound name was added to reflect his extended family name which other members of the larger family use in addition to his father's name.
The Tribunal dismissed the petition with N50,000 cost to each of the Respondent (Nwulu, PDP, and INEC).
It is well

ReplyDeleteA lot of maggots here do not know anything about football, they just follow the crowd n spit out shit from there rotten mouths... Enyeama is crazy, an hero will bow out honorably not the way his creating so much drama.. dd he play 4 free?No.. Yh a lot of us appreciate the fact he made Nigeria proud but he shouldn't turn himself into a small god. Abeg he shld go n die.. This players can't try all this nonsense at their clubs. Stupid fellow
ReplyDeleteShush it my friend! Enyeama has done well for nigeria. Even if oliseh wanted to take the captain ship from him, not like that. How can u tell a grown man not to express himself when he wants to? What was enyeama's offence, that he went to bury His mother and came to camp 1 day late, is that why oliseh had to embarrass him like that? Oliseh himself, does he have a good record? Is this not the same oliseh that was notorious for being arrogant and headbutting his team mates? After all for 13 yrs that enyeama has been a Nigerian goal keeper, he has never had issues with the technical team, why then does it have to be in oliseh's time. I repeat shut the fuck up oil! And u shld go and die too.
DeleteGood for him! Let peace rain.
ReplyDeleteStory Story!
ReplyDeleteOk
ReplyDeleteCongrats to him
ReplyDeletePolitics and desperadoes. If only, they had good intent, for the polity, the state of the nation would have improved considerably.
ReplyDeleteThat's my Brother and I can tell you first hand, Stella, say all those petitions na bad belle things. Please, go on facebook and look for him and chat him up, u'd be amazed at his intellectual prowess....he is well read and highly intelligent but, some mischievous yorubas wld rather die than see him serve in Oshodi. Not to mention, my brother is very fluent in yoruba o cos we were all born and bred in Lagos.
ReplyDeleteI've been telling him about this blog for awhile now,he keeps saying he's too busy to spend time on blogs. Maybe, if I showed him that his story's on here, he'd take me seriously now.
