Sunday Easy Snack Recipe On Stella's Blog

We blog about anything on this blog......Well,almost anything!...LOL

A BV sent in a simple Recipe for making cookies and i was really shocked cos it looks all so simple.
Anyways i am trying this out today...I spot the Banana already...

Hey where is the oath?!..lol

Ready?
Steady?....

Ingredients:
4 bananas
1/2 cup of dark chocolate (antioxidant)
1/4 cup of raisins
3 cups of oat.

Directions:
1) mix all the ingredients in a bowl and use your clean hands to mashed up.
2) line your oven tray with aluminum foil.
3) you can mould it as you want and place it in the oven tray.
4) heat your oven at 350 degrees F
5) let it be in the oven for 15min (depending on how flat or thick it is).

You can use your microwave if you don't have oven. But it depends on how hot your microwave is (4-6 mins).
You can still make it without the dark chocolate.

N:B it is good if you are watching your weight, but still have sweet tooth.
