Saturday Breakfast ? - *Wink*

Hey you!....

What are you having for breakfast?...I am settling for Buffet at the hotel,so I dont know what I will be having but know for sure that Oatmeal mixed with Joghurt will be included.

Why not try this simple one for your breakfast and mid day snack........

I am off to break it!

Burrito-veggie wrap.
1 whole wheat tortilla (shawarma bread)
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Grilled meat (I used ram meat)
Grated carrots
Yogurt dressing (low fat yogurt+ spices of your choice including dry peppers)
Warm up shawarma bread .  When cooled. Apply dressing on it. then arrange ingredients as you wish starting with the lettuce.
Enjoy as a meal.

(2)Basic oatmeal with tangerine, banana and 1tbsp of groundnuts.
Oats are very good for weight control. And they are versatile too. Make healthier choices.
