Ten people were killed when a gunman opened fire at Oregon's Umpqua Community College on Thursday, forcing the nation to face yet another mass shooting.
Seven other people were injured, and the shooter is dead, Douglas County Sheriff John Hanlin told reporters. Earlier estimates had put the number of people hurt much higher.
The shooter was a 20-year-old man, according to Oregon Gov. Kate Brown, who ordered flags be flown at half-staff until sunset on Friday.

ReplyDeleteIt's quite unfortunate!the sad thing is dat we that need guns in our society due to insecurity at every corner,our law and govt refused to permit it.meanwhile that society full of law,order and security everyone is still carrying guns they don't need to use!yes!so dats why they will wake up and test it' if it's still working wen d spirit enters dem,hence this sort of massacre from time to time!

This is crazy, i live in Tacoma and oregon is about 3 hours away from my school. They had us sign a condolence board. May their souls rest in peace.
