  6. Happy Independence, Nigeria.
Happy Independence, to my brothers and sisters in here.

Inspite of everything, we are strong, resilient and optimistic people.
As this country slowly goes through an overhaul, may our hope in our beloved country be rekindled.

What's there not to love about our different rich cultural heritages, interesting ethnic groups and a variety of food?

What's there not to love about people who though strangers, rally round to help one another, when in trouble?

    This is my Nigeria,our Nigeria.
Let's join hands together, and make it great.

    I believe in Nigeria.

    I love Nigeria.

    God bless Nigeria.

    I love you all,my countrypeople. :D

  7. Which nonsense independence? 55 years post independence, yet no basis amenities, especially in the power sector. No jobs yet millions of youths are being pushed out of school every year. The same people have remained in the helm of affairs ever since I was born, practising rotational government. Tribalism and nepotism are the order of the day. The masses keep suffering in a country that ordinary should have been paradise for them, had it been better managed by it's leaders. This is the fifth year, these insurgents called BH took over northern Nigeria, rubbing thousands of people of their rights to life with every attack, we keep getting emptypromises from the so called leaders to put an end to it.
Religious leaders have somewhat become gods, preaching prosperity and not salvation, brainwashing and extorting money from gullible Nigerians who keep running from pillar to post looking for miracles. phew! !! So again I ask, whicindependence are we celebrating?
In all, I take consolation in the fact that we are survivors in this country, we are fighters, and somehow, through it all, we always come out of the fire most times without even smelling of smoke!!! Happy independence my fellow fighters, spread love, not hate.

  23. Truth is always bitter.
The bitter truth is that there is absolutely nothing to celebrate about our performance as a country.
Since, Independence. We ve not been lucky to ve visionary leaders. It is always one heartless looter from the north. One after the other. And now they are talking about fighting corruption. And looking for a scapegoat.
    My question is,
Is GEJ the one that ruled and looted this country since Independence?
