      The only states that are in good conditions are Enugu and Anambra. Abia and Owerri na apology, I support APC o but I recently visited Owerri and the roads are horrible.

      Noo @Linda,He was Apga governor which is PDP branch party before he joined APC last year. All of them in that state are same. PDP government started the mess (eg ) Udenwa and Ohakim.

      Kidnappers operate during broad daylight wearing police uniforms.
      No light for months.

    I always tell people that dat der dis Rochas isn't what he portrayed himself to be..i remember then b4 he declared his intention to go into politics,he would sponsor so many people,give free education,free transportation to people coming home for Xmas and I will always tell my siblings that dis man had another agenda but they thought I was like and called him a philanthropist!!!he bought der heart with fake philanthropy

      Now, all those things are gone!

      Before if he is passing then, markwt women will be waving. Now they throw pure water at him.

      Ohakim was even better. Atleast Owerri was very neat then with his clean and green initiative, also money was in circulation because he gave out contracts to the people.
      Rochas has sacked others and put his family members in ans he only awards contracts to himself, wife, son in law and daughter.

    Sad, my visit to owerri last time made me cry for the state. Okorocha is imo state worst Governor and a scammer who scammed his way into the heart of Imo indigenes with his sweet talking ways. I know the state had not seen any good governor since the time of Sam Mbakwe.
    Udenwa was a thief, Ohakim bigger thief, Rochas Biggest thief.
    I call Rochas "ROUND ABOUT GOVERNOR" all he does in the state is build round about and none is ever completed. The state is littered with uncompleted jobs even Ohakim former projects are uncompleted. Watching Rochas performance i just said to myself, Rochas foundation must have been built on fraud. He is a smooth talker but an intelligent MUGU without vision for the state. Am sure his smooth talking ways made him so much money using his foundation to Dupe Northerners and western donors. There's an estate of more than 150duplexes he built for himself, the worst part is that no one leave in the estate which means the whole building is empty without tenants. Waste of tax payers money.
    His deputy/boyfriend lover hmmm useless like his oga. I'm seriously pissed commenting about the state after my last visit. The state is Sodom and Gomorrah, is just like Atlanta(ATL) in America,Gays and Lesbians are the order of the day. Little girls of 17/18 acting like tomboy, hanging out in hotels waiting for their lovers.
    Imo state is in trouble, but the worst part of the matter is that the yeye Imo citizens deserve him.
    Bad belly citizens.
    Very dirty state, the state is an eye sore now, no development apart from hotels/petrol stations and keke business.
    The state deserve a visionary leader but not from the crop of current politicians we have at the moment, both PDP and APC are useless and they are same bunch of people.

      You mirrored my thoughts. The man is indeed a roundabout governor. His foundation is being funded by charities and NGO's.

      Teachers and doctors in the state have been owed salaries for about a year now. Ohakim was a thief but he had better vision than Rochas. Udenwa is 100times better than he is.

      Last December, I was driving down civic centre road when I saw a billboard saying 'Rochas is working ! Even a blind man can see it'..... I was so angry ! I felt like someone had stabbed me! Lol! I took it very peesonal.

      Elena, they were really foolish during the first election because I saw through Rochas as a bigger smooth talking thief but he used propaganda and roadside corn roasting skills to win their gullible hearts.

      But the second election was massively rigged because majority voted against him!
      I am from IMO state and I prefer the times of Udenwa and Ohakim 100 over Rochas' tenure.
      Atleast then, the state was neat and in order and money was in circulation.

    The only credible candidate that ever contested Imo guber was Emeka Nwajiuba, and he never got it. Others na same thing. After using bad belle to demolish buildings belonging to opposition (all in the name of road expansion) , the roads are yet to be completed n work have stopped on them. I never liked the guy, though Ohakim n Emeka Ihedioha wouldn't have been better. Only God can save this country, Abia State na another matter.
