Explosion In Lagos Was Due To A Leaking Fridge.

Yesterday in Lagos, there was panic as an explosion at the Oworonsoki area of Lagos left 4 people seriously hurt and lots more in panic at a Restaurant.

The panic was as a result of fears that it was a bomb but NEMA, who investigated the explosion has cleared the air on what caused the explosion. They say it was caused by a leaking Fridge in a Restaurant in the residential area.

What happened was that gas leaked out from the compressor of the defective fridge and reacted with carbonated drinks which was led to the explosion.Any possibility of the explosion being caused by an IED has been ruled out.

Thank God!

  1. Thank God. Been awake all through the night, can't sleep, my baby is running very high temperature and I don't even hsve analgesic at home, I'm scared. Can't wait for morning to come so i could go get him some drugs from the pharmacy. Morning seems to be crawling. God take control of the situation. Amen

Meanwhile, why not take him to the hospital first thing in the morning instead of the pharmacy?

    18. Thanks everyone, he's doing better now, the fever has subsided a bit. Took him to the pharmacy and got some drugs for him early this morning. The fever actually started last night around 8pm, I always keep analgesic at hand at all time, infact I had half bottle of paracetamol syrup which I administered to him last night, but his elder sis mistakenly knocked it down and it broke so that's what happened. Now I would always keep 2 at hand. I was so scared all through the night cos he's a very lively baby but he was so dull throughout last night and his body was very very hot, I wiped with cold water and towel all through the night until this morning, so many things were just going through my mind. The devil is a very cunning man but my God pass am. Glory be to God
