The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested the immediate past governor of Benue State, Mr. Gabriel Suswam, on allegations of graft perpetrated during his tenure as governor.
Suswam was detained early Monday afternoon when he arrived at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja following an earlier invitation.
The politician served as governor from 2007-2015.
EFCC spokesman, Mr. Wilson Uwajaren confirmed Suswam arrest to the media.

Nigeria will never get relief funds from world bank, USA ETC if we continue like this. they keep giving loans that are meant to develop the nation but the government keep enriching their own personal pocket, when we really need this fund they will be no one to bail us out n we as Nation will suffer the consequences both Rich and Poor.
