  1. Yes ooo my state wants to host baba change. That dislike button is the real truth. Living till 200 is God's decision not theirs. As in, sneakers is the new stilettos. I second shutting all those schools where pupils are defiled or raped. Christian Rinaldo has made history no doubt. Hepatitis B is one disease that needs to be given much awareness. It is well.

  13. I'm pleased with the Zero Based Budgeting. This implies that the budget will be built from adding up the projects/costs in their granularity. There will be assumptions for the reasons why costs are included. No more budgeting without having a clear cut reason for incurring the costs and once the budget's passed and funds released, they just pocket it.

    Loving this wind of change everyday mehn!
