The law in nigeria is useless biko
ReplyDeleteClick on my name for juicy stuffs
Hahaha nothing no we no go hear for Nigeria...all is politics.
Deletesee:the reasons why you don't need to go into any relationship
Hahaha! He's been served a dose of his own medicine.
Delete...he dat comes to equity must come in clean hands!
DeleteBut the thing is there is no single clean hands amongst them, just play the game and always be first to accuse, with that u will cover ur sins..shikenan!
Saraki leaving APC will be about The best thing that will ever happen to the party! In all honesty, this government has read the riot act on corruption, we all know that the president has a zero tolerance for corruption right from the inceptionof the elections & today things are beginning to work for the first time in 6yrs. I can't remember APC being vested with the powers arrest, arraign or prosecute corrupt politicians. The Code of conduct tribunal did their bits by inviting him to come & defend the allegations against him to which he refused to appear before it which in my laymans knowledge of the court is contempt of court. The problem with Nigeria is that we have adapted the "all man for himself & God for us all" mentality. How else can you explain defending a man who hasrobbed his state blind as a governor & is now robbing his constituents as a senator & robbing Nigeria as the number 3 man in the country? As a civil servant, I was given an asset declaration form to fill on my first 6months on the job with a treat of dismissal if I refuse & also committed to swear an oath in a court of law with a strong warning to declare the truth or risk going to jail. My annual salary is probably what saraki gives to his children to purchase recharge cards for their calls. Do you know that kwarra state is arguably one of the most underdeveloped, impoverished states in the Middle belt? The likes of saraki are standing on the way of the change mantra, he didn't join APC for the sake of thenation but he did it to cover his tracks.
DeleteAnon 18:41. I agree with a big chunk of ur comment. I might also add that people should view this situation holistically and in a somewhat positive light, it's a sign of true democracy and transparency. Saraki is of the APC as we know, yet he's being probed even as the no3 man of Nigeria. When last did we see that, if at all?
DeleteThis development negates what we are used to, as it were, no one could touch any official that belonged to the ruling party, but this right here is proof enough that it's not business as usual, and u can't influence GMB no matter what. For this I'm impressed. Saraki has been having it tough from day one because of the 'dubious" way thru which he was elected, which gave undue loopholes to the opposition.. consequently he was met with a cold shoulder by the president. So he's been troubled lately by all these. But to disregard a summon such as this is calling for tongue lash.
Even the president doesn't support Saraki's defiance and wouldn't condone any over zealous selfish approach. Truth is the man appears too desperate and it's now so glaring and irritating.
Dis country is ruined...no laws
ReplyDeleteI taya for the matter because tomorrow we won't hear about it again!!! All this is just to get Saraki off the Senate presidency seat... Abeg I'm hungry make I chop.. I can't carry another man's wahala on top the one I get now!! Sigh
ReplyDeleteI did not see anything. Saraki should go and answer. Saraki is too arrogant. The arrogance of a spoiled brat.
ReplyDeleteHow will you see blind APC supporter
DeleteYou say what?
DeleteSaraki is what?
Leave politicians to their game. They know more than us.
Same old oaf ordering a fellow thief's arrest.
ReplyDeleteI saw what you saw. I just dey laugh. Kikikikikik
ReplyDeleteWhat an irony!
ReplyDeleteMy dear....
DeleteWhat an irony.
Thief wan catch thief?
ReplyDeleteWell let's see how this gonna play out
Na wa ooo
I saw it jare stella!
ReplyDeleteY didn't they arrest umar wen he refused to show up then?
Mscheew !
But Stella you said u are fully in support of buhari abi? Once u r a northerner you are allowed to go scot free so why are you surprised?
ReplyDeleteIs Saraki not a northerner. North Central to be precise.
DeleteHelloooooooooo!!! Read well. It didn't happen during this regime
DeleteWhat has this got to do with buhari?
DeleteI saw it Stella, but times have changed....got it?
ReplyDeleteLolz.
ReplyDeleteDats naija for u.
Follow my words not my action, public officials.
The CCB chairman should honour the EFCC invitation first..b4 anything else.
Gbam
DeleteGbamest!!!!
DeleteThe stupid judge is corrupt af too.
ReplyDeleteHe wants Saraki to be summoned before him but failed to oblige to the EFCC call.
Aboki na mallam!
Let's see how it all unfolds.
Uselss fool. Are the abokis not better than you will ever be?
DeleteUgly anonymous. Go fix your loose cunt before talking to me. Bye for now.
DeleteDanladi that refused to honour the invitation sent by EFCC is the one ordering the arrest of Saraki.
ReplyDeleteNo one is clean! Even the so called Buhari, he should keep probing past president and head of state till it gets to the time he was head of state. Mtcheww...
All the money they are sharing for the states, there is God oh.
Dis is wat yorubas call "olè gbe olè gbà "
ReplyDeleteHmm... Danladi Umar, well done. He issued a warrant against Saraki for an offence that he himself committed sometime before now: refusal to honour an invitation. Na dem sabi jare. Nigerian politics and power play.
ReplyDeleteI can't see it oooo...my tummy hurts
ReplyDeleteKarma is a bitch. He who comes to equity must come with clean hands..Code of Conduct tribunal can't go about ordering the arrest of the Num 3 man in the country when it's on record that their boss once flouted a similar order by another agency.
ReplyDeleteSo should that cycle continue??
DeleteHaaaaahaahaaahaaaaaaaahaaah! The hunted hunter. Naija the jungle
ReplyDeleteWhat did you see?
ReplyDeleteDanladi Umar? The audacity. Only in Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteO yes we did.
ReplyDeleteDifferent accusations but same scenerio
Mr umar didnt acknowledge d invitation of efcc when he was summoned on grounds of corruption.
Fastfoward to 2015...
D said umar invited saraki to come face d cct but saraki didn't show up...Hmmmm i forsee drama brewing.
Who wouldav thought?
How can a corrupt man be accusing another of being corrupt.
Na waa 4naija o...
Corruption has eaten deep in2 d system and it seems everyone is corrupt.
Nwayz...umar should stop bickering cos as far as I'm concerned, him and d accused are same.
Bunch of corrupt mofo's
Yes I did, even the person that ordered Saraki's arrest did not honour EFCC's invitation, this reminds me of Okumagba of BGL that was arrested by the EFCC last week, he's the president Of Nigeria Stock Broker's Tribunal, you need to see how he reacts and behave like a saint when members facing misconduct are brought before the Tribunal not knowing he's a bloody thief too. God help us in this country
ReplyDeleteWhao! The handwriting is written clearly. Oriegwu😣😣😣
ReplyDeleteWho is demanding for 10m?
ReplyDeleteHypocrite he is crying wolf yet he is the wolf. Bukola Saraki should ignore him well. Criminal
ReplyDeleteI don't understand.
ReplyDeleteYeah, the same Danladi who refused to honour the invites issued a bench warrant against Saraki
ReplyDeleteSo, Danladi Umar also refused to honour an invitation to EFCC and he was also accused of collecting bribe from a suspect! Hian. Only in Nigeria
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine. Nigeria is just a shady country. Happy Sunday y'all. Sun is shining. Going to church and out with the kids. Going to have a lovely day IJN
ReplyDeletePeople like you are enemies of progress. What has the judges corruption got to do with Sarakis false declaration?
ReplyDeleteAfter Saraki is judged, the judge himself will face trial.
Haba. Let Nigeria get better and not individuals
Wat is doing dis one?
DeleteGod we need Moses in this country Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteI see am o.
ReplyDeleteThe same danladi umar that refused honoring his own invitation by efcc..its well in this my country.
I saw what u saw Stella, see GOBE!
ReplyDeleteAunty Stella, EFCC is merely an institution created by an Act to investigate and prosecute offenders, one can decide not to honour the invitation from EFCC, they can only arrest and prosecute. But CCT (code of conduct Tribunal) is more like an ordinary court. They have jurisdiction over cases as High courts have. Thank me later sha.
ReplyDeletePot calling kettle black
ReplyDelete"KARMA" it is beenn said is a bitch!!! All dis dem power hazzle is not goin to bring abt national developmental growth.
ReplyDeleteUnintelligent son of Noah. Which institution do/did you attend?
DeleteKARMA it has been said....'
Not 'it is been said....'
'Power tussle' not 'power hazzle'
Developmental growth? Tautology.
Idiot. I'm sure you are one of those southerners quick to call northerners uneducated.
Jakin banza.
I seeth it my dear
ReplyDeleteYes o, criminal umar ordered the arrest of Saraki.
ReplyDeleteDalandi umar that refused to honour EFCC in 2014 is now asking for the arrest of Saraki for doing same thing he did in the past. Nigeria which way?
ReplyDeleteYep, I did. Pot calling kettle black.
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmm
ReplyDeleteNigeria is just a huge joke that isn't funny anymore. Pot calling kettle black?
ReplyDeleteEven though I don't think it is right for anybody to refuse the summon of EFCC if properly done but it should be noted that EFCC is NOT a court. The refusal took place before March 21, 2014 under GEJ when impunity reigned supreme.
ReplyDeleteLOBATAN!!!
ReplyDeleteLOBATAN!!!
ReplyDeleteJust imagine this country drifting into confusion. Currently we are caught in the Contrast between Military Rule, Militocracy, Democratic rule and now into Oligarchy. Tufiakwa!
ReplyDeleteWho will probe who?
Same people. Same mission. Same corruption. Since 19 kiridim.
Look at the line up in the last 3 months:
EFCC is probing Saraki's wife
!
Saraki is probing EfCC Chairman
!!
Code of Conduct Chairman is probing Saraki
!!!
Then EFCC is probing Code of Conduct Tribunal Chairman
!!!!
Now, Code of Conduct Tribunal Chairman shunned EFCC Invitation.
!!!!!
Saraki shunned Code of Conduct Tribunal Summon.
!!!!!!
And Code of Conduct Tribunal issues Arrest Warrant against Saraki.
!!!!!!!
Then maybe finally the EFCC has gone silent on Code of Conduct Tribunal Chairman .
Hmmmm.
It's a VICIOUS CIRCLE people. Shine your eyes.
APC from CHANGE to SHAME.
I used to listen to various news with DH from 10pm till we sleep off because he loves updates. But these days? Me I plug in the earphone once it's 10pm and set my replay for LIFE IS A RENT by DIDO.
This ish is getting freaking stagnant.
