AT LAST!!!!!!
The much-awaited list of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial nominees will be released on Wednesday, the last day of the month. Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, disclosed this yesterday in New York.
Adesina described Buhari as a man of his word, saying Nigerians would not be disappointed as September, the date given for the announcement of members of his cabinet, remains sacrosanct.
#COUNTDOWN TO SEPTEMBER 30TH
Okay we wait!
ReplyDelete... in patience.
DeleteLoving the new blog layout Stella. Very subtle and cozy. Lol.
DeleteReleased? But I thot the candidates would av been checked by the senate? If yes, now that the SP is on trial, is it proper for Buhari to do so? Na question I ask o
ReplyDeleteYes...he is on trial and innocent until priven guilty by a court.
DeleteNo. It's actually the DDS that screens them first, then their names are released. They are screened by the Senate thereafter.
DeleteMeaning the senate is thru with the screening? Ok

ReplyDeleteYou guys have refused to see the message being passed across that Ministers Who are political appointees do not do any work.
The majority of the job is done by technocrats and all ministers do is to siphon money. E.g Stella Oduah and Abba Moro.
May God increase U in wisdom. Thank U

ReplyDeleteVery well I hope my boo name is on it
ReplyDeleteLol @ countdown .. I Honestly don't know why people are so interested in the names that make the list instead of their credibility .. Nigerians need to wake up and smell the coffee... It doesn't matter what tribe anyone is from . They should just perform!
ReplyDelete@ Esther just shut up joooor wat do u no? Does it mean dia are no credible people in the southsouth or southeast? Very soon na some foolish people like u will say I don't care if he appoint his family members alone or islamise Nigeria as long as they perform. Mtchewwwwww
ReplyDeleteMadam take a chill pill .. I honestly pray the Lord purge you of the hate you have for this man! And yes I do not CARE what region these ministers are from so for the perform .. In fact he can decide go appoint his children and you will only rant here like the clueless being you are . Make your point without having to insult ... Erase d 'clueless' in my write up.
DeleteU beta care abt it cos dis is not a homogenous society but a heterogeneous one n appointments in such a society should b spread across all divides if not for anything at least for a sense of belonging. DAT was how u people defended him when he made those appointments saying it was based on credibility as if d only credible people in naija are from d North and baba came out n said it was based on loyalty. Lol! Little wonder he appointed an Engr. as d SGF. By his actions his only setting a dangerous precedent for subsequent leaders in terms of appointments n wen d time comes hope u wouldn't turn around to complain even wen dey appoint deir family members alone or pple from deir LGA. Always try to b objective.
