New Prepaid Meters Lying Outside At The PHCN Office In Surulere.

''Dear Stella,

This is to inform you that  the brand new meters and other equipment acquired by the PHCN have been lying in their premises on Jimoh Odutola street off Eric-Moore road. Surulere for over six weeks now.

They have refused to share it to consumers and have also refused to keep them safe. They get wet whenever it rains and gets dry under the sun.

I know that these meters and other equipment were purchased with millions of naira and they are being kept there to rot.
Naija which way???

Thanks,
Seye''
