Massive Traffic In Lagos Right Now!

''Hi Beautific Stella,

 Happy Sunday to you.
there is massive traffic from Barracks bustop around National Stadium till Lagos island cos everywhere is blocked and it's such that those at the back don't know whats going on upfront.
Kindly let Lagosians know that that route is never gonna work today cos everyone is stuck like right now: I diverted from Ojuelegba into Surulere but those going to iponri, island are in trouble and it's cos of the trailers that blocked the way upfront since 3am today cos I went out that time to pray on the island cos of church but turned bak at stadium and went to use 3rd mainland''.

    1. It's great news o if you live in mainland. If you're headed to Costain or Island from Maryland, just turn at Jibowu and head to Anthony to Gbagada and hit 3rd mainland bridge. That party you going to, your family will get there. Instead of spending the whole day in traffic because of haulage trucks.

      Thanks Stella.

  20. Empathy doesn't cost you nothing @ those of you that asked how is this news? If you have nothing meaningful or reasonable to say then "HUSH UP" and move on to the next post.
Poster thanks so much for the 411. It saved some of us a lot of stress. Stella ça va chez toi?

  21. I passed Eko bridge this afternoon. All the trailers and tankers are packed on one lane so other motorists can use the others. Anyone heading to the island should take the service lane at Ipo ri to Costain and head up the bridge to Eko bridge. I had no issues at all, although serious fear gripped me when I saw Iponri from Stadium!
