Comedian Damon Wayans who was on the radio show -The Breakfast Club- on Friday
has come under fire for branding the women who have come forward and accused Bill Cosby of drugging and raping them 'biatches'
Wayans questioned why the women had waited '40 years' to tell their story, even though several did come forward years ago.
Though Cosby has earlier denied the sexual assault and rape allegations and says that any sex was consensual.
Wayans said, 'I think he was in relationships with all of them, and then he's like: 'You know what, it's 78, it don't work no more, I can't get it up for any of y'all, bye biatches,' And now they're like, 'Oh, really? Rape.'
Charlamagne the show host raised the point that many of the women who had come forward to accuse Cosby of rape and sexual assault first made the allegations years ago.
Yet Wayans stood firm, firing back: 'But if you listen to them talk, they go, 'Well, the first time.' The first time? Biatch, how many times did it happen? Just listen to what they're saying.
'And some of them, really, is 'unrapeable'. When you look, I look at them and go, 'No, he don't want that. Get outta here!'
Wayans, who found fame in his 1990s TV show In Living Color and appearances on Saturday Night Live, was blasted by social media users.

After the backlash, Wayans admitted that there may be cases where Cosby was in fact guilty.
He said: 'For anybody who was raped by Bill Cosby, I'm sorry, and I hope you get justice.'
At least 40 women have gone public and alleged that Cosby, 78, raped them.
In a stark illustration of the scale of his alleged offences, New York magazine photographed and interviewed 35 of the accusers and created a striking cover for its July issue.
The entertainer faces a criminal investigation by Los Angeles police but has not been charged.
He has acknowledged marital infidelity but denied criminal wrongdoing, saying any sexual encounters were consensual.

ReplyDeleteWell,my own opinion on rape is in situations where maybe an uncle rapes u in d house,maybe u r leaving wit d person or u r robbed and den rapped or you visit during d day time and he does dat. Pls go to d authorities. Not a Full ass grown woman goin to visit a man in his house,u will sleep over in his house,den u will sleep in d same room wit him. No b u buy market. ALL MEN ARE ANIMALS. ReplyDeleteYou are not far from the truth dear. As long as a lady is not underage, she must have known when a guy is into her. Before visiting his home/hotel, she must have had a conversation with her mind. Remember the "Should I say yes, should I say no" oldies? Where her mind tells her one thing? After that convo, the lady makes her decision to visit or not.
DeleteExcept of course in cases where the lady thinks they are just friends cos d guy has carefully camouflaged what he truly wants to do to her. Until she visits and he jumps. Now that qualifies as rape.
I see the point Damon is trying to make. Why step forward after 40years? Well some of them will claim they found courage to step forward after others did, but still, why wait for so long? Its always better to nip a bad thing in the bud when it's early and fresh!

And same goes to every rape victim out there! Come out! Speak up! Idiots who will laugh at u will laugh and move on anyways! Their laugh doesn't undo the rape, their laugh does reduce one day in ur life!!!
