This is a blog visitor traffic situation report.
''The traffic kind of today looks more terrible than it was yesterday as it stretches from iponri bridge till after ojota when I branched off and it's no movement at all, vehicles diverting and and it's not going to clear soon, everybody facing island should do 3rd mainland because any mistake to enter this one,it won't be funny''.
Please update in the comment section if you know a better route.
I suspect the trailer drivers (whose movement were restricted) for this sudden traffic situation in Lagos...Haba!
Gov Ambode should be serious in dealing with them and making sure they obey the rules, this is just pathetic!
This ikorodu road needs deliverance
ReplyDeleteLagos traffic is always like this
DeleteWait, is this not those killer trailers that am seeing? Thot they were banned till 9 o'clock?
DeleteThis rubbish can't happen with fashola. Ambode is a weakling!

Terrible!! If you are moving from Island, go through Oyingbo! The traffic is caused by tanker drivers and tippers! From Ojuelegba, all standstill... i see pepper today o.
ReplyDeleteStella close your mouth... They are trying to obey the rules thats what is causing traffic
ReplyDeleteOmo alata please
DeleteAnd they should block the road trying to obey rules abi!
DeleteI left home as usual 5:50 saw the bridge on western avenue and I knew immediately that its gonna be a tough one. I jejely trekked to jibowu and took Obalende bus.
ReplyDeleteLagos and traffic are like siamese twins. Thank God I ran out of that city for good.
ReplyDeleteWow!...
ReplyDeleteMondays are always like this...
The best time to move around in Lagos is by 10-11am.....that's when I do my own thing..
Dem dey talk traffic for coperate Nígería, housewife sef dey talk. Wetin consign you Linda eze for inside Monday morning lagos traffic? Go back and sleep jere or go and start preparing food for your husband to eat when he comes back.
DeleteIt was like his on Saturday, I couldn't cry.
DeleteNot my route. I can even be in this lagos for 3months without going to the mainland. Sorry to those it will affect.
ReplyDeleteChai!
ReplyDeleteWhy lah?
Only in Lagos, does one live half their life in traffic.
Though it's a hub, and has its many advantages, I don't think I can live there.

ReplyDeleteAmbode is one Lily liveried fool! Being controlled by god fathers! Lagos cannot be governed by a light handed person... lol... tanker drivers sd they were instructed to park anywhere they are once it's 6am. So, all of them are forming... "na here 6am meet me o" come block the whole place from apapa, all the way to Ojuelegba... traffic to Onipanu, Ketu... prrrrr!!! Wtf! Eko haff Ba Je oo..lol
ReplyDeleteHahaha so that is what this is all about? Hian @na here 6am meet me...what rubbish! So Nigerians are suppose to be at their mercy ..kai I don't even what anything to spoil my mood this morning... This is annoying!
DeleteBwhahahhahahahahahaha can you imagine.
DeleteLike I think they're deliberately doing this rubbish and that incompetent Gov. Is right now occupying space in his office doing nothing.
ReplyDeleteHey!!! The hold up tie gele and wrapper oo.
ReplyDeleteIt took me more than 2hrs from ketu to Anthony. What a bad thing to start a new week with.
Lagos traffic is a normal thing,if I hear there is traffic here in Abuja, then I will be suprised.
ReplyDeleteExcluding those staying at karu, jikwoyi(hope I spelt it well) and nyanya axis.
I thought they banned trailers on the roads.

ReplyDeleteHonestly the traffic is crazy. Trust public transporters to hike the fare. This Lagos wahala is just too much

Mehn even Ikeja, serious traffic everywhere! God abeg o, had to do fast furious movement
ReplyDeleteKelvin dat Edo Boi

ReplyDeleteSerious negodu.
Yes ooo. The traffic was a mess today. Passengers had to pay twice their fare today. I had no choice than to pay too. I pity those who couldn't pay twice their usual fare cos they kept standing at several bus stops.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what caused the horrible traffic jam because when I alighted at my bustop,I saw no sign of a fallen/ damaged car nor trailer.
Not my route
ReplyDeletethank God i passed through bode thomas to enter through costain and the road was very free. I got to the office exactly 7.40 a.m.

ReplyDeleteNo be small thing today. I had to call my oga and inform them that I would run late oh. I no fit shout. This kain traffic might linger till tomorrow. I just pity those heading to Apapa. Those trailers are much.
ReplyDeleteI don't think i've ever suffered before the way I suffered today. Kai! This traffic showed me pepper. Trust commercial drivers naa, I paid twice my tfair.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had read this before I left home this morning,i wasted 4 hours of my life stuck in that traffic, rain started and hot pee started catching me,i almost cried! Eko oni baje o!
