What is going on?

They should allow the grieving families to bury the dead peacefully. what happened was unfortunate. Ambode tell them to release the american pilot.
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmm
DeleteWasn't it reported dt they r burying peter bello 2day? Wch 1 be they r nt releasing bodies agn. Mayb it's js d American nt Peter.
DeletePeter's body has not been released.
DeleteI dont think bodies of crash victims are always released like that. For insurance purpose, dna and autopsy have 5o be carried out before the body is released for burial
DeleteI hope those concerned get to read it and expedite action. Enough of this tarnishing of our country's image.
ReplyDeleteMtcheeeeeeeeeew.
ReplyDeleteYeye dey smell. Make she tag God join na!

He's to bbe buried today. Maybe it's just that of the American pilot that has not been released
DeleteBut it's stated there that they are waiting for a certain report. They should know that there are procedures when things like this happens.
I don't know either.
ReplyDeletePhew. As usual the incompetence of the Nigerian beauracracy is on display
ReplyDeleteIt's not only 'beauracracy' is 'prettycracy'

When they want to do the right thing, we complain.
ReplyDeleteWhen they don't do the right thing, we complain.
We r a bunch of confused people. Our processes are not the same with that of America so madam, grieve but let us do our work.
Haba.
I think they are just seeking attention.. what would Lagos state be using the body for.. they should relax abeg and let us know what actually happened
ReplyDeleteBut is Peter Bella not being buried today?
ReplyDeleteWhat is really happening?
Or they want to conduct autopsy?
Whichever sha. Let the government do the needful and let the grieving families bury their dead in peace.
Omg,y re dey holding on to d corpse?
ReplyDeleteSerious
ReplyDeleteWhy do we educated or is it enlightened Nigerians behave like dumb illiterates and get so emotional about stuff.
ReplyDeletePeople should read up about Aircraft Accident investigations. It clearly takes time for the bodies of the Pilots to be released. It is all part of eh investigations. They'd need to know more about them than the passengers.
Google is there to see what happens as regards other accident investigations in US as well. Haba! Would POTUS order the release of the bodies!?
OK. Seen
ReplyDeleteStella if u ask me, who will I ask. They should release their bodies to their families to bury in peace. Why add to their grieve.
ReplyDeleteMay God console their loved ones.
Maybe there's a due process thing with the corpse
ReplyDeleteThere's an American Embassy in Naija, so what's all these about ' refusing to release the bodies' ? They will or are handling it. Americans are known not to leave their dead behind. Even if it just ashes or the charred carcass of a deceased Yankee.
ReplyDeleteSo those on Twitter spewing rubbish about Lagos gov't & Naija are just .......hmmm, don't even how to describe them since they are mourning. Don't want to insensitive towards their grief. Grief can make a wise person go kolo mental. My condolence to them anyways.
As of this hr, Peter Bello's body has not been released. Mass is ongoing @ SPC, calabar.
ReplyDeleteNot wahala
ReplyDeletesometimes I worry about the Nigeria of the future! with stupid comments I see.
ReplyDeleteThere are various investigations and reports that need to be done before crash victims are released especially the pilot. the coroner's report, toxicology on the body etc... to prevent future occurrence if it were a human error. insurance sef go do him own sooooo go get enlightened peeps!
Anonymous 14:04, please whose body was in the coffin at SPC? I ask cos there's no way a catholic family would bury an empty casket just so as to please anybody. Let's stop peddling rumours, thanks. If in doubt, I have pix of the coffin being carried out
