    1. It's amazing how Mr Falana could pursue that case against united Airlines, knowing fully well that's it's out of his jurisdiction. I mean, how can u fight an unlawful deportation in Nigeria when the issue was with the American authorities? Moreso, why co suit the airline for agreeing to carry out the directive issued from the base of their take off? The airline has no case to answer, as they are not the law, neither are they responsible for the American's immigration indiscretion. It would have been a different case, if while aboard the flight the guy was maltreated by the crew.. which is not the case here. They should pursue the case within the United States if they think that their client was deprived his rights and was illegally deported.
