Famous Nollywood star, Shan George has called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to beam its searchlight on the movie industry after the ‘Bank of Industry’ denied receiving $200million from the former President Goodluck Jonathan for the movie industry, globally known as Nollywood.
While speaking with newsmen recently, the actress said she believed that the money had been squandered by some people in the industry.
In her words; “I’m using this fine morning to ask this fine question. Who ate the money ex-president Jonathan gave to Nollywood? EFCC please probe this.”
-Daily post

ReplyDeleteOther organisations have stable, efficient health care plans for their workers including their families where they don't have to pay a dime for even a malaria treatment.
Sad.
Healthcare you say, Iphie?? That's asking for too much my dearest. Misplaced priorities, they don't trust themselves. I'm sure they simply shared the monies without putting it in the Nollywood coffers.
