  6. According to your write up, it's not about starving, spending time in the gym,taking pills and dieting.

    Pills and starving has side effects I agree but proper dieting and exercising works wonders.

    Avoiding those meals you listed up there is dieting. So??

    If you don't use dieting nd exercise what do you use?

    I've signed up for things like this in the past. They make you think it's free and different from others. At the end of the day they tell you to buy CD's and it's same exercise you'll find in the CD.

      Nigerians can lie about weight.
      If u are fat go drink calored is just 21k a bottle. That bottle can last u 1 mont u loose 10kg it's liquid .

    1. @ Baddest,do not skip your meals especially breakfast and supper.Avoid eating when you are very hungry rather when u feel alil hungry.Eat high cabs and nibble inbtw meals...eat at 8am,1pm and 8pm( eat snacks inbtw the time given).Always have enough rest and sleep earlier at night.

  15. Hmmmn!!! All this weight loss people just dey chop people money. I once went for a fat loss therapy session in the spa and I paid a lot for it. The only difference I felt was that I was lighter, after that I didn't see any fat loss or whatever. Then I decided to detox, diet and exercise, I lost so much that I didn't believe myself.
    In conclusion, the first step to loose weight is to detox then diet and exercise. Loosing weight is 80% what u eat and 20% exercise!
    For those that can't do without eating some things, I suggest u eat everything BUT in very very little quantities.... portion control is d key!

    2. Warm water and lemon is nt detox.it's mainly with fruits and water n no food
      You cld do that for 3 days oo 7 days where all you eat is fruits and water. Also not any type of fruit. To avoid being bored or get tired of it, you could mix different fruits for different days and it's better blending them(juicing) and taking them as liquid. Watermelon, cucumber, apple,carrot. Then don't forget to drink a lot if water.

Exercise and dieting are the safest way to lose weight, and those silly exercise cd u want people to buy, they are over a thousand exercise on YouTube. And from ur explanation about the body's metabolism during and after starvation I know u are not a nutritionist.

    Your staircase.
    Run up n down everyday.

    After cooking,do not dish yours,any tiny one a child remains,eat

    Do not have polite sex.

    Leave the car for once,trek around.

    Cucumbers are also meant to be eaten.
    Ladies,take note.

    If you come from a family where everybody has distended tummies,you have a lot of work to do. Exercise,cut down on carbs and please wear girdle,waist trainers,etc. They help.

    1. Iyaa. Done all that plus more. Eaten all d KFC chips n chicken. Yet nothing. Still weighing 69kg. I don taya abeg. Maybe when all the kids are in boarding schools. Looks like 'obi mmapu' ( the tension from them) is part of the things drying me up. Everyone of them forming miss or master independence. The monitoring is tedious. Gets me running up and down the staircase.

  21. I have tried so many things untop this weightloss issue, mind you im a size 12 that was creeping up to Uk size 14, anything after size 12 is a no no for me. I just cannot stand the sight of fat on my body. Not to say fat ppl are not beautiful, but its not just for me.
    I have tried various weightloss things, some worked and some didn't,waisted a lot of money. I have done eating just one meal a day,just lunch and fruits for the rest of the day,initially lost weight but I cant starve forever.
    I joined a diet and exercise(gym) programme, I lost 10kg in a year, but I changed jobs so don't have the time again.
    Iv bout slim fast,atkins, all manner of pills, teas etc.
    I just got basically tired when every1 started calling me fat at uksize 14.
    I even bout the said calorad for 21k and didn't work for me, they said I wont see results until I buy 3bottles at 63k for 3mths. I no get dat type money abeg.
    Iv recently lost 5kg in the past mnth so far and this is what is working for me.
    BREAKFAST - FRUITS ( EITHER 1 APPLE, OR FRUIT SALAD(pawpa and pineapple)
    LUNCH - ANYTHING I WANT, CLD BE RICE, EBA,YAM ,ANYTHING
    Followed by a weightloss pill after meal(XENICAL), then one BALLERINA TEA
    SNACK- GROUND NUT/FRUITS
    DINNER - 1/2 SLICES OF WHEAT BREAD AND 1 BOILED EGG, TEA.
    You can google the weightloss pill xenical,its used in the hospital to treat obesity, Doctors prescribed. It enables you excrete 25percent of fat you eat. PLS GOOGLE.
    That is what is working for me presently and iv lost a ton of weight in 1mth now. Please I am just sharing advice, im not telling you to follow my advice. I don't advice ppl to use weightloss pills. I have done my own research and spoken to a doctor, it works for me, doesn't mean it's good for you.

    1. Xenical ke? Orlistat abi that will be making somebody leak out from the nyash any small thing if you eat anything oily. Not worth it abeg. Trust me if you maintain this diet,you will keep losing weight without the pills. the fact is you are creating a calorie deficit so you must burn fat.
